On the occasion of the Observance of सतर्कता जागरूकता पखवाड़ा (Fortnight of Vigilance Awareness 2020) from October 27 – November 10, 2020, in Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), it is to inform all citizens in general that at the outset of the Vigilance Awareness Week, the Central Vigilance Commission, as the apex anti-corruption body of the country endeavouring to promote integrity, transparency and accountability in public life has launched a new initiative for citizens to suggest systemic improvements in Central Government Organisations.

Citizens may send a maximum of three suggestions of not more than 200 words each and submit in PDF format only.

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) looks forward to citizens participation and valuable suggestions that will help to improve our governance system.

ESIC should be made optional to an employer whether he would be for a medi claim policy or ESIC. A Central Government employee is having a choice to enroll himself in a CGHS scheme if there is a dispensary in his Area or pin code. Likewise ESIC also can be given. According to me many paying their contribution but ignore or not availing benefits for many reasons like absence of approaching the ESIC dispensary or hospital. Is the Administrative cost is be more than the other costs?

Govtto have two categories of jobs , one wherein reservation shall be taken care wherein jobs are not impacting progress of country , other jobs where it impacts development and governance there only on merits , where all caste can participate ,these will help country to devlop fast from best available skilled person of country , dissuade talent migration ,give them same facility in india ,create research and development facilities at hill station ,quota for iim and iit in govt jobs

For atmanirbhar & economy , chk in last 5 years inventory of items imported and exported , imported items get or purchase technology of manufacturing such items or make such co to manufacture in india ,float tender in india to manufacture such imported items in india , support them with land , finance , skill , taxes ,avoid import , for export items encourage to multiply manufacture such items by new businessman , increase inventory of export get info on international requirement of product

Tax System has not been changed yet. Even food security card holder buying estates / buildings without showing any income or filing any tax. Please connect payment system via Bank Account at the time of sales and purchases

ESI - Employees State Insurance. . The wage limit currently is Rs.21000/- The employee must pay 1.75% and employer 4.75%. It is must for all. We have to take statistics how much people are benefitted? Is it worth from an employee point of view? It would be beneficial only during hospitalisation. But how would get opportunity?

अधिकारियों की निगरानी सम्बन्धी भूमिका पर पुनः जोर दिए जाने की आवश्यकता है। यह पुनः उल्लेख कर देना आवश्यक होगा कि पर्यवेक्षी अधिकारी (Supuervisor) अपने अधीनस्थ कर्मचारियों के बीच भ्रष्टाचार को दूर करने के लिए मुख्य तौर पर जिम्मेदार हैं और इस प्रयोजन के लिए उन्हें सभी रोकथाम के उपाय करने चाहिए।

किसी कार्यालय या संगठन में भ्रष्टाचार पर नियंत्रण करना कार्यालय के अध्यक्ष की प्राथमिक जिम्मेदारी होनी चाहिए। फिर सभी सरकारी कार्यालयों / एजेंसियों में अधिकारी वर्गीय ढांचा होता है,प्रत्येक स्तर पर विद्यमान ढांचा अपने नीचे के स्तर के लिए भ्रष्टाचार की गुंजाइश को न्यूनतम करने,रोकथाम के कदम उठाने के लिए उत्तरदाई होना चाहिए। प्रायः यह देखा गया है कि भ्रष्टाचार को रोकने के लिए स्वतंत्र एजेंसियों के गठन से विभागीय अधिकारी यह महसूस करने लगे हैं कि उनके कार्यालयों / अधीनस्थ कर्मचारियों में भ्रष्टाचार र

अधिकतर सरकारें और उनकी एजेंसियों के पास पदसोपानीय तंत्र का ढांचा होता है। ऐसे ढांचे में, प्रत्येक पदाधिकारी के महत्वपूर्ण कामों में से एक यह होता है कि वह ठीक अपने नीचे के अधीनस्थ अधिकारी के कार्य का निरीक्षण करे, जो उसे रिपोर्ट करता/ करती हो। लोक पदाधिकारियों में निहित विवेकशीलता के प्रति प्रभावकारी निरीक्षण और सन्तुलन होना चाहिए। निरीक्षण एक ऐसी ही व्यवस्था प्रदान करता है। केवल यह तथ्य कि भ्रष्ट अधिकारियों के विरुद्ध विभाग द्वारा कई मामलों में कार्यवाई की पहल नहीं की जाती, इस बात का द्योतक है
