All the enthusiastic employees at lower & middle management level need to be genuinely heard by the top management and ministers. All such employees want to change and improve the age old way of working system, but due to rigid attitude, egoism, change resistant attitude, arrogance, retirement mode attitude, overcautious attitude etc., the motivation of such employees get affected very much. After 10-15 years such employees' motivation diminishes & they too become like top management officials.

To reform the vastPostal Network to transform it into a profitable&leading govt organisation,GoI can’t rely ONLYon the official-hierarchy &ONLY on the Group-A,B civilservants as a CONVENTIONALpractice. To resolve the ground-issues,to unearth the ground-irregularities;officials(if efficient)from the root level should be chosen and aNODAL-CENTRAL team should be led bythem to perform RAIDs on post-offices across the country on DAILY BASIS to covey the real truth DIRECTLY to the TOP.
