Indian manufacturing companies rarely have their R&D units as the cost of R&D is very high and they are not earning enough to take up such thing. R&D funds have to be provided or augmented by Govt. The govt is some how is spending in portals and trading platforms instead of funding research. This is major disadvantage when competing with MNCs and hence we are not able to provide better products or improve yourself. software apps and platforms also govt looks for become quick rich schemes.

For Resident address Proof, the Aadhar can also be included in AMFI and BSE. Many persons do not have Driving License or Voter ID as their current address. But all have Aadhar card, so Aadhar can be included for submission as address proof in KYC.

1. The systematic improvements should not be generalized among CGOs,it appears in such a way Target without specific result will come out. 2. All Central Schemes should be very simple, straight towards Target covering Rural areas. 3. All CGOs should have specific fruitful result oriented Targets.
