On the occasion of the Observance of सतर्कता जागरूकता पखवाड़ा (Fortnight of Vigilance Awareness 2020) from October 27 – November 10, 2020, in Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), it is to inform all citizens in general that at the outset of the Vigilance Awareness Week, the Central Vigilance Commission, as the apex anti-corruption body of the country endeavouring to promote integrity, transparency and accountability in public life has launched a new initiative for citizens to suggest systemic improvements in Central Government Organisations.

Citizens may send a maximum of three suggestions of not more than 200 words each and submit in PDF format only.

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) looks forward to citizens participation and valuable suggestions that will help to improve our governance system.

Sir, Attached is PROOF that On Oct 24, 2019 I submitted complaint to the Maharashtra SHRC regarding the Institutional Murder of Anand Pathak. Boy died on Nov 17, 2018. Thus, within 1 YEAR of Boy's Death, I submitted complaint. But them Maha SHRC cleverly registered wrong complaint on my name and not on Anand Pathak's name. Then 1 year after the boy's death, the NHRC said that since I didn't register complaint within ONE YEAR of the Boy's death, the NHRC is bound by TIME LIMITATION & won't act.

Before conducting the examinations the application form is being filled by the students... For avoiding stopping these type of deaths... In the application form the clause should be added mentioning and agreement of that is if any failure in the exam the student should not take the decision to make sucde and tge parents also should not punish them by oral or instrument for their failure in exams.. The Ap.Form Legal action should be taken on their parents.

Sir, Attached is proof that for SAME CPGRAMS Grievance, there are TWO VERSIONS. This shows that tampering of Grievances can happen. After I gave complaint against the MHA Officer for criminal intimidation of a Govt of Karnataka Officer to change statement regarding CBI Probe into the Institutional Murder of Anand Pathak, the MHA Officer may have obliterated the first version of the Grievance. Please see REMARKS in both the versions to note the difference. Pls act.

Sir, Attached are the RTI Replies of the Mangalore University. The second reply contradicts the first because if both the RTI Replies are true, then I was stalked by someone WHO DOES NOT EVEN KNOW ME. My marks increased from 22 to 48 on revaluation. It means that I was deliberately failed. Only someone who KNOWS me will do that. Mangalore Univ sent to NITK my Marks Card and Marks Ledger Sheet. NITK Principal had the responsibility to submit to MU application for refund of 50% of REVALUATON FEE.

Respected Sir, Is Baar Central Govt Ki Recruitment Applications Ki Fees Sabko Maaf Kijiye. Usi Tarah State Govt Ki Application Fees Bhi Maaf Kijiye. Kyunki Corona Ki Vajhe Se Sabki Haalat Bigadi He.

Sir, I sent 122 PMO Grievances to the PMO Office. Sri Ambuj Sharma of PMO took no action against the M/o Education in the case of the Institutional Murder of Anand Pathak. Why? How many grievances are needed for PMO to take action? Even after 122 Grievances to PMO, if no action is taken, it means that the PMO thinks that Institutional Murder did not happen. Isn't it? Such a sorry state of affairs.

Sir, I request Govt of India to setup On-Campus Ombudsman to whom the Subject Matter Expert selected by parents to conduct the revaluation of answer sheet reports to with the results of the revaluation. Then we can prevent repeat of the tragic death of Fathima Lateef at IIT Madras, Anand Pathak at NITK and the 26 student deaths in Telangana in 2019 due to the mistakes of the BIE (Intermediate) & possibly Globlarena Software Pvt Ltd. None was pushed though 26 students died. No reforms brought.

Sir, The Raj Bhasha Vibhag is not setting up committee on Official Languages even though the term of the Previous Committee ended in 2014. Pls see uploaded regarding AP Govt's decision to appeal the AP High Court Judgement on supplanting Telugu Medium schools with English Medium Schools. What is needed is BAN on English-Medium schools when we are nearing 75 years of Independence as research shows that child's learning is best in Mother Tongue.

I request Govt of India to make it easy for common man to file case in court and argue in front of court with all the facts instead of having a Advocate. The NALSA, SCLSC, SLSA, DLSAs don't help common man even when 26 students died in Telangana after wrong results were published, Anand Pathak's death at NITK was Institutional Murder, and it was attempted murder of me at NITK. Fathima Lateef has died at IIT Madras. I am being denied RTI Evidence. The MHA and DoPT are in violation of CPGRAMS Rule
