On the occasion of the Observance of सतर्कता जागरूकता पखवाड़ा (Fortnight of Vigilance Awareness 2020) from October 27 – November 10, 2020, in Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), it is to inform all citizens in general that at the outset of the Vigilance Awareness Week, the Central Vigilance Commission, as the apex anti-corruption body of the country endeavouring to promote integrity, transparency and accountability in public life has launched a new initiative for citizens to suggest systemic improvements in Central Government Organisations.

Citizens may send a maximum of three suggestions of not more than 200 words each and submit in PDF format only.

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) looks forward to citizens participation and valuable suggestions that will help to improve our governance system.

Sir, Please strengthen CPGRAMS Rule No. 13 under FAQ. Right now the Govt Organisations have NO FEAR if they don't give Interim Reply in case they are not able to provide Redressal within Sixty days. Reference: CPGRAMS Grievance No. DARPG/E/2019/30185 which was CLOSED after 68 days without Interim Reply. Reference: CPGRAMS Grievance No. DOWCD/E/2020/00946, which was disposed after FIVE MONTHS without any redressal or Interim Reply. No Interim Reply being given even on submission of RTI Applicatn.

सबसे पहला काम यह होना चाहिए की प्रत्येक विभाग से सम्बन्धित लाभन्थित को डिजिटली जोड़ना विभाग की प्रथमिकता होनी चाहिए जिस से भविष्य मे होने वाली सुविधा की सुचना डिजिटली जन मानस तक आसानी से पहुच सके

People in govt don't work. Even you contact them several times. No consideration of people time. Ministry of MSME and Jal Nigam in Delhi certainly have one of the worst experience I recently had

Sir, Reference: SC judgement In the Union of India v. Namit Sharma, (2013) 10 SCC 359 case Reference: [General Writ Petition №62038 of 2016] in the Karnataka HC Pls bring law to protect privacy of citizen on Internet. CIC gave horrendous order exculpating NITK from having any Obligation to inform the student as to who stalked the student even when the student's marks increased from 22 to 48 on revaluation. What nonsense CIC order? If my boss sees this, he will get wrong impression about me

All the examination forms should contsin the clause mention that if the student is failed in the exam they should not suicide under ant scathings ashameful and if provoked by the mockings threatenings rubbish challenges by their parents or friends relatives enemies any and else which also make the student to take sucide. Indian Govt should make rule if any student made sucide their parents and or the guardians get punished

Sir, In the Union of India v. Namit Sharma, (2013) 10 SCC 359 case, the Supreme Court held that "functions of Information Commissions are not judicial but administrative, because they are limited to ensuring that a person who has sought information from a public authority exercising their right to information is not denied such information except in accordance with provisions of the RTI Act." Pls remove CIC Order from Internet. CIC is wrong is saying that NITK has no need to know who stalked me.

Make Tracking numbers interlinked connection Aadhar Card Number Ration Card Number Pancard Number Bank AcRecruity Driving Licence Vehicle number Mobile number Local Police Station. etc. If the peoples failed to update their redident address in these all the tracking number would find them. And after they changed the address it will come to know to polis stn. In the Cities making agrmnt for 11 months very dificult and expensive. Ban this system and make for 5yrs at least.

Sir, The Ministry of Education is not disclosing the identity of the Ministry of Education officer who CLOSED Grievance DSEHE/E/2019/06049 to endorse the Officer Madan Mohan's view that the stalking against me can be dismissed as OLD CASE and thus NORMALIZED Stalking despite knowing about Anand Pathak's death. CPGRAMS Grievance System must inform the complainant who CLOSED the Grievance.

In Aadhar card also showing one address but the peoples residing in other address.. Ration card pan card also showing differential addresses.. Bank also this peoples not updating..In the Metro side by the basis of 11 months agreemnt theyvare shifting their house yearly once. This alsi should be banned.Illiterated/ unknown news peoples dont aware of this. Human Tracking Aadhar Number Mobile number interlinked could only solve this problem
