On the occasion of the Observance of सतर्कता जागरूकता पखवाड़ा (Fortnight of Vigilance Awareness 2020) from October 27 – November 10, 2020, in Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), it is to inform all citizens in general that at the outset of the Vigilance Awareness Week, the Central Vigilance Commission, as the apex anti-corruption body of the country endeavouring to promote integrity, transparency and accountability in public life has launched a new initiative for citizens to suggest systemic improvements in Central Government Organisations.

Citizens may send a maximum of three suggestions of not more than 200 words each and submit in PDF format only.

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) looks forward to citizens participation and valuable suggestions that will help to improve our governance system.

Government focus on e governance in all departments.each and every officer must have their own government login I'd and all the day by day work must be check online via artificial intelligence,real time data available infornt of public,salarybased on working efficiency of officer,working time must be 4 hor hour online oer day. all dept connect thru one surveillance system and right to recall apply to all government employees class 3 and 4, except Gazette d officer like ias,ops..

leaders wre elected by the people,but in our india once leaders elected after those are forget people,iam truely dissapointed these leaders activities and correption,iam directly faced this problems in govt offices and by the leaders,plz change our system ,plz be aware of citizen charter.

Sir We shall implement Biometric finger attendance with CCTV cameras in each of the government offices. This will allow punctuality and better response from government offices

The deployment of exArmy officers near LoC in POK as residential by Pakistan gov should be followed by India but with a major MODIFICATION. An AGRO-DEFENCE model as a branch of INDIAN ARMED FORCE should be discussed for FINANCIAL, AGRICULTURAL, DIPLOMATIC, DISCIPLINARY, POST-RETIREMENT gain. Interested retired/youngservicemen(as decided by MoD&CDS after academic,expert,advisory consultation) should adopt farming/local medium of livelihood like handloom & live in TERRORISM-INSURGENCY prone areas.

GOVT organizations to improve the quality of their service with higher quality and speedy public service delivery. These required specialized training in every six month for the officials in all departments.They can have a positive impact in terms of boosting the image and credibility of the Government that is people-oriented and performance-based.The fact is that officials in Central GOVT institutions have a very high level of degree, but no common sense. This is written from my experience.

there is a need for central government and its departments to carry out all its daily tasks in speedy and efficient manner so that every citizen may benefit. There is a need of a strong IT backbone for the country that connects all offline work to online for a speedy and rapid execution of the tasks. If our country gets a super efficient erp solution like backbone it can help to serve people in remote areas also. In short digitalization of the government.

To the Police Modernisation Division, Interal Security Division, mHA. GoI needs a centrally managed national surveillance platform for various purposes. A model is sent by PDF which could be executed by collaboration of some govt tech-agencies. Then installation of devices could be done as per priority list like in terrorism-insurgency prone areas, aspirational districts, areas affected by malgovernance&corruption. Installation should be continued till financial limitations permits. ‘MASIIHAA’

Sir, In the present hi-tech industrialization, the quality of material along with up-to-date products to be manufactured and supplied. But some of the government agencies, industries and factories are not able deliver the accurate certified quality materials like private sectors. Because, in the government organisations there are a few overheads and lack of updated technology. And also lot of administrative and lengthy process, process has become main cause. The government should encourage.
