The PMEGP scheme needs a chnage as no banks are ready to finance the projects , after their being cleared by the KVIC department, the reason being lack of security and increasing no of NPA accounts ,as in the current scenario people are taking loan only to avail the benefit of subsidy and no projects are established .and all the money is going straight into the pockets and are dumpped. This creates an adverse situation for people who actually want to work and utilise the benefit of Govt scheme

Since my childhood I have observed that while reconstruction of road, a 3 to 4 inch layer of mortar/gitti is laid and finished with bitumen/koltar. To save natural resources and environment it should me made compulsory to first recover layer containing bitumen/koltar and add small quantity of required material and reconstruct road. It will save huge quantity of mortar/gitti and Koltar/Bitumen. Recovery machines are available and this practice is being followed/adopted in many countries.

SIR, HERE I WOULD TO SUGGEST THAT RATHER THAN STORAGE A GRAIN IN WAREHOUSE BETTER TO STORE THE FINISHED GOOD IN FULL TETRA PACK OR U CAN SAY THAT USE THE CONCEPT OF ESTABLISHED FOOD PROCESSING PLANT ALSO THERE SHOULD HAVE SOME TIME SLICE LIMIT FOR WHICH THE PARTICULAR GOOD REMAIN IN STORAGE MEANS THERE MUST BE FREQUENT MOVEMENT FROM STORAGE TO MARKET FOOD PARK MUST BE NEARBY VILLAGE SO THE TRANSPORTATION COST CAN BE REDUCED I.E GRAIN STORAGE CONCEPT TO FOOD PARK PROCESSING CONCEPT

RS of FCI: 1. FCI must not procure more than its capacity of storage which otherwise gets spoiled due to open storage as seen in the past. 2. Use coastline (Shipping) from north to south & visa verse for transportation creating distribution center from out-word to in-word networking which will save cost of transportation and reduce Air pollution otherwise caused by road transportation. 3. Allow food grain flow freely across state borders (Under essential commodity) anywhere in India, taxfree

There are open crimes and illegal sell of drugs in all the cities of India on daily basis. Almost all local police officers are aware of this incident. I have seen many drug peddlers having police contacts and divided their area. this is effecting mainly to our youths studying in colleges and now a days in schools. Kindly take necessary action to stop this which is killing our countrymen slowly but in huge quantity. after sometime no one will be fit enough to work if this continues.

I have a concern & suggestion :- instead of banning cigarettes to be smoked in public areas and imposing other laws I would like to provide suggestion to stop the production of cigarettes in the country and other tobacco products which can save the life of million of people in the country and regarding economy growth manufacture all tobacco products and export them to other countries to generate revenue. this was regarding health. i will come back for other similar issues which might look small.

Sir, No matter how much we try or you try this country will not grow as long as corruption is there sir If a person enters into Govt office they have to pay 150 rs for 50 rs work. few months back i went to take my Rc book from an Govt office they gave me receipt of 50 and charget 150 in the name of army fund. The only way to stop this is to make it legal for a person to hold a camera phone in front of him while speaking to govt officials and the govt official will have no right to stop him.

Respected Sir Today in our country road Accident is a major issue.Commercial vehicles(Taxi, trucks) are the main reason for the same. As there is no accountability of the owner of the vehicles for accident. Owner always wants to appoint a driver who demand less salary whether he is perfect or not. If he makes an accident he can get bail in few minutes. My opinion is that the owner should be equally responsible for the accident made by driver only then he will take care while appointing driver.
