following are my comments
1. it is the responsibility of any nation to formulate youth policy
2. the policy shall be in such a way , that it shall easily attract youth and shall imcrease potriatism
3. the policy shall be in such a way , the the youth shall stand on their own
4. needed financial , technical, marketing help shall be included and their availabilty shall be known to them
5. policy shall attract both skilled and unskilled youth.
