The world is changing in significant ways, and India's youth are poised to make the most out of it. The Youth are action-oriented, having the ability to think creatively and influences positive change across society. Youth are at the fore-front in using technology in all spheres and serves as a critical component in the larger vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat. Hence, there is a need for introducing new policy which can suggest appropriate policy interventions taking into account the impact of digital technology on education, work & employment, how the society will experience the fast paced changes and how full or needful engagement of the youth will create a responsible society, very well led and placed on the track of process & development.

Accordingly, the Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and Government of India has drafted the National Youth Policy 2023-32(NYP 2023-32) with the vision to synergize the hopes and aspirations of India's youth to enable harmonious growth of society; to harness the energies of youth more effectively towards inclusive economic growth & responsible governance; and to build an enabling environment where youth can come together, persevere, and work relentlessly with their utmost strength towards the making of a new India.

In order to ensure the participation of the stakeholders in policy making process, the Department of Youth Affairs seeks comments/views/suggestions on the draft NYP 2023-32 from all stakeholders.

Futuristic concrete could transform roads and homes into giant batteries https://www.independent.co.uk/tech/battery-concrete-renewable-energy-cement-home-b2385055.html In combination with prestressed concrete such that concrete turns off battery and drains via emergency duct when risk of fire is more. Prestressed concrete is a system devised to provide sufficient precompression in the concrete beam by tensioned steel wires, cables, or rods that under working conditions the concrete has no tensile stresses or the tensile stresses are so low that no visible cracking occurs. https://www.sciencedirect.com/topics/materials-science/prestressed-concrete#:~:text=Prestressed%20concrete%20is%20a%20system,that%20no%20visible%20cracking%20occurs. An idea for indian youth to work upon.

Dear Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji. Firstly I want to thank you and your cabinet wholeheartedly for making India the country of importance in the world stage. Nowadays, we Indians feel proud of India's growing stature at world's stage under your competent and far-sighted leadership. India will surely become a developed country in recent future. But there is a big problem in the way. The percentage of Indian people under comprehensive healthcare insurance in below the 50% mark and stands at 40%. The out of pocket expenses of 62.6% makes the situation complicated for us. The health care insurance provided by state governments often proves inadequate for Indians. I therefore urge you to form a universal health insurance coverage by unifying all the health programmes running in the country under a umbrella called Rastriya Saarvabhaumik Swastha Bima Yojna [R.S.S.B.Y]. WE ARE TEAM INDIA. I do believe that only you can help us to achieve the goal of healthy India. JAI HIND.
