Respected Sir,
Our present day youth aged 25 to 40 years are spending their day without thinking of their health as Senior Citizens after a couple of decades, majority of youth remain glued to laptops or PCs as per job requirements. They get mentally and physically tired at the end of the day.
Any organisation Pvt or Govt must formulate a policy for physical fitness of it's employees by taking mandatory exercises for fitness and healthy mental status.
There must be time line of eight hours work per day and none should be allowed to work beyond that.
Reels making for Instagram or so by our youth must be banned or regulated to prevent them from getting direction less.
Gainful employment should be ensured for all youth by engaging them in productivity for nation's economic growth.
Children of domestic servants or maid servants, lower level workers normally tend to earn by short cuts. They should be identified and trained to earn for better life.
Education upto 10th must be mandatory.

Do we agree that:
i). 2 trains are running opposite to each other-
1st : increased “population/Education level/Job Seekers/Ambitions” &
2nd : AI, Robots & Automations
Result: Machines are swallowing Youth’s world i.e. shrinking job/Lay-off /society & Psychological massacre
Suggestions:
1). Policy to allow max. Rs. 100 crores to a single person (e.g. business leaders, politicians)
Excess wealth will belong to Govt
2). 5% of total work force is in Govt Job (and very secured) & 95% are Non Govt (not secured)
Policy to have same terms & conditions for every Job letter (whether Govt or Non Govt Employee)
3). In case of Recession, STEPS:
Ist: Equal % salary cut across (CEO till Junior most) “For 6 months”
2nd : prior permission from Central Govt needed, If Lay-off is planned
3rd : 1 year gross salary should be given to laid-off employees
Conclusion:
Insaan hai tau machines hai Par Machines hai tau insaan hai ?

In today's world Youths participation in every field and level we are seeing but why isn't in Sports?? I can see Thousands of schools just Concentrate on studies and not in sports, and the 50% of the schools just don't have Space for sports, so mandatory there should be play ground in every school and weekly just have 2 or 3 periods of physical education so every day there should be a mandatory physical education class in play ground so that in coming 10 years sports field in state level, national level, international level will play a major role in youth policy, just imagining a INTELLIGENT youth without SPORTs?? is like plants without water. Now the Central Government is obviously promoting sports no doubt but not so much compared to other countries.
If Sports to be Promoted, we can achieve more in making our Bharat a VISHWAGURU.
for that Schools without sports shall be given notice and cancel the licence if no play ground nor Sports space.
