The world is changing in significant ways, and India's youth are poised to make the most out of it. The Youth are action-oriented, having the ability to think creatively and influences positive change across society. Youth are at the fore-front in using technology in all spheres and serves as a critical component in the larger vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat. Hence, there is a need for introducing new policy which can suggest appropriate policy interventions taking into account the impact of digital technology on education, work & employment, how the society will experience the fast paced changes and how full or needful engagement of the youth will create a responsible society, very well led and placed on the track of process & development.

Accordingly, the Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and Government of India has drafted the National Youth Policy 2023-32(NYP 2023-32) with the vision to synergize the hopes and aspirations of India's youth to enable harmonious growth of society; to harness the energies of youth more effectively towards inclusive economic growth & responsible governance; and to build an enabling environment where youth can come together, persevere, and work relentlessly with their utmost strength towards the making of a new India.

In order to ensure the participation of the stakeholders in policy making process, the Department of Youth Affairs seeks comments/views/suggestions on the draft NYP 2023-32 from all stakeholders.

It is encouraging to work on the said subject as the youth can bring energy and enthusiasm in driving economic growth and productivity. Youth must be given access to excellent health, training, and education if they are to be effective inventors, leaders, creators and builders. They need the required support in terms of good health, education, training and opportunities to transform the future. Equal education system for all, making the fee structure fair in government and private institutions, connecting youth with agriculture, providing them new employment opportunities, involving youth in environmental protection and promotion programmes.

At present as per Junjglee Rummy's claim, currently 6.00 Crore Youthidhir are playing and the figure is going on...... Sir, I promise If we develop such kind of online junglee rummy like portal, than our economy will definately be at the third rank... I suggest, you should also introduce some incentive schemes under Pradhan Mantri Yojana.... There should be specific fund allocation for youth in Union Budget, interest free bank loan, Subsidy and other incentives for youth to participate in JUnglee Rummy.....Sir....( CAN YOU LISTEN????) धर्मराज ने छोड़ा नहीं जुवे की ये लत है!!! हर पंचायत में आज पांचाली अपमानित है..हर मां को तो आज रोना है.. चाहे कृष्ण बने या चाहे अर्जुन, हमें स्वयं ही अपना धर्म निभाना है।

Dear Narendra Damodardas Modi,.... I have very excellent idea for our economic development... and achieving your vision of 3rd rand in the work... Let's open training institute for imparting excellent training in playing Junglee Rummy.. a online gambling platform.... Everywehre we find that our youth is heartily learning this skill and earning huge money. We should close down all the schools, colleges, because they do not provide qualitative education/skill/knowledge. When I start to see your video on youtube, first i have been compelled to see the advertisement of junglee rummy mandatorily... They claim that till now 6 Crore yuthisthir's are participating and earning in lacs of rupees. they provide 24X7 customer services and welcome bonus of some amount... If I wish to see my favourite move THE LEGEND OF BHAGATSINGH, on youtube, then I need to Pay Rs. 75/- and Junglee Rummy is free to download. Narendra Modi is not important on Youtube, but Junglee Rummy is very important,

2. we have good strenth and expertised intellengence but the same is scattered. We need to use collectively. you must be aware that our gujarati ladies have good economic sense.... I think you won't understand what I mean to say but..... i know that we can do it and achieve first rank at any how.... Few of your team members seems quiet incompetent like your Chief Minister of Gujarat, Your Centre education minister (The person who takes shelter of paper to deliver his speech, cannot express the heart feeling of common man.) Your gujarat CM was reading speech in Rajkot...Your Education minister was also reading speech.... Your president of India was also reading the speech.... How that possible???? Heart feelings should come from heart not from paper.... EDUCATION IS THE PILLOR /BASE OF OUR FURTURE NATION, AND THE HEAD OF OUR EDUCATION HAS NO ANY GUTS OF EXPRESSING THE FEELING WITHOUT READING.... ARE WE DEVELOPING OUR FURTURE WHO NEED TO TAKE SHELTER OF PAPER FOR EXPRESSING THE HEART??

Dear Narendra Damodardas Modi, Somewhere in your speech I heard that you have vision of being our nation as 3rd largest economy in the world... At present we are at the stage of 5th rank. you also reminded us that in the year 2014, we were at the 10th rank.... I am happy that we have made a good progress in achieving our goal.....All our Indians have heartily welcome your vision of being 3rd largest.... But I quiet dis-agree.... My vision is to achieve 1st rank in world's economy by 2027. And will definately achieve the same.... Now the question is how???? When I expressed my feeling of being NO.1 in world before some IRS in VC meeting, they were seems quiet dis-agree with me.. they were saying it's not possible....MY DEAR NARENDRABHAI... NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE. You may target it for 3rd Rank... But I have targeted for 1st rank by 2027... Will see it!!, I give you few hints..... 1.
