The world is changing in significant ways, and India's youth are poised to make the most out of it. The Youth are action-oriented, having the ability to think creatively and influences positive change across society. Youth are at the fore-front in using technology in all spheres and serves as a critical component in the larger vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat. Hence, there is a need for introducing new policy which can suggest appropriate policy interventions taking into account the impact of digital technology on education, work & employment, how the society will experience the fast paced changes and how full or needful engagement of the youth will create a responsible society, very well led and placed on the track of process & development.

Accordingly, the Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and Government of India has drafted the National Youth Policy 2023-32(NYP 2023-32) with the vision to synergize the hopes and aspirations of India's youth to enable harmonious growth of society; to harness the energies of youth more effectively towards inclusive economic growth & responsible governance; and to build an enabling environment where youth can come together, persevere, and work relentlessly with their utmost strength towards the making of a new India.

In order to ensure the participation of the stakeholders in policy making process, the Department of Youth Affairs seeks comments/views/suggestions on the draft NYP 2023-32 from all stakeholders.

Please refer to the policy document: Draft National Youth Policy (PDF 669KB)

RESPECTED PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA, AND PRESIDENT MADAM OF INDIA. SORRY TO SAY THAT SERVICE IS GIVEN TO OUTSIDERS NOT TO INDIAN RESIDENCY PEOPLE. IF MAMTA MINISTER HAD GIVEN A INDIAN RESIDENCY CARD TO OUTSIDERS AND GIVEN GOVT SERVICE TO OUTSIDERS PEOPLE. WHAT INDIAN HINDU WILL DO. ONLY GOVT SERVICE SHOULD BE GIVEN TO HINDUS RASTRA PEOPLE , WHICH ARE LIVING IN INDIA PAST 100 YEARS. THE PEOPLE OF INDIA ARE MOST HINDUS AND THEY SHOULD BE GIVEN FRIST PRIORITY FOR JOBS AND CONTRACT AND ALL FACILITIES, OLD PEOPLE WHICH ARE LIVING THERE SONS SHOULD BE FIRST PRIORITY. HINDU KO SERVICE DO, HINDU KO VYAPAR KARAVO, HINDU SHOULD BE FIRST PRIORITY BECAUSE THEY ARE MAJOR . EXAMPLE THERE ARE ONLY 30 SERVICE. HINDU POPULATION 85% SO 25 SERVICE SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THEM ONLY. AND REST SHOULD BE DIVIDED INTO PERCENTAGE. THEN ONLY HINDU CHILDREN CAN EARN. IF OUTSIDERS WILL BE GIVEN RESIDENCY AND JOB WHAT OUR CHILDREN WILL DO.. THINK FOR MAJOR YOUTH. AND MAJOR CHILDREN. JAI HIND JAI HIND JAI HIND...

The strategy ought to take a comprehensive approach, emphasizing young people's social, mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. It ought to cover topics like civic involvement, job, health, education, and skill development. Entrepreneurship: Encourage young people to start their own businesses. This can be done by providing financial assistance, mentorship, and other resources. Health and well-being: Promote the health and well-being of young people. This includes providing access to healthcare, mental health services, and other support services.

1. Introduce age-appropriate financial literacy modules as part of the school curriculum. This will familiarize students with concepts ike budgeting, saving, investing, and credit from an early age. 2. Develop interactive and gamified financial education platforms that appeal to the tech-savvy youth. These platforms can use simulations and real-life scenarios to teach financial concepts in an engaging manner. 3. Introduce initiatives to enhance digital literacy among the youth to ensure they can effectively use technology for learning and development. Alongside, emphasize cybersecurity awareness programs to protect them from online threats. 4. Recognize the importance of mental health and well-being of the youth. Introduce programs to provide easy access to counseling services and stress management techniques, particularly in the context of a rapidly changing world.

When digital, online platform has become everything and it is controlling , influencing everyone's thought specially Youth. There should be a policy of : a). 1 Person will have only one public platform account e.g. FB b). Name mentioned in the Aadhar Card or Passport will be FB ID (No fake or fancy ID) c). People with authentic identity will be able to be on FB, Linkedin etc d). No Religious hatred, anti country activities will be carried e). Easy to catch the persons easily from his ID IF FB, Insta etc refuses to accept Indian Govt's instruction of allowing registrations/ login only after filling Aadhar or other id - Govt should ban them. It may also develop parallel platform and discard FB Etc

Jai shree Ram. Sir I am just a student of undergraduate program but the things I am seeing on social media and in real life  directly lead to the collapse of bjp government all over the india.my simple suggestion is that you should introduce educated youth who can answer with the facts and as a rulling party he also can question th opposition.. every party is giving chance to youth if bjp don't give this it's not going to good.. today youth generation beleive in fact and figures of you have leader with having knowledge in every field than bjp can survive...there must with 5 young leader in every state which are too much active. the way I am watching opposition the are too developed... Thankyou sir please take this seriously.. Youth need you and you need youth
