Learning should be made ICT enabled like DIGIVARSITY App where all study materials are available always, weekly once or twice online sessions for non-technical courses and weekly practical sessions for technical courses as per convenience.
The practical and online virtual meets should be arranged by the universities and colleges during off working days or hours so that, pupils may do their business, work, job, etc. and attend the classes without fail. For this purpose we have to work unitedly, all states governments and union territories must implement the CENTRAL Act in this regard.
INDIA's youth will walk uniformly and work together for development of the nation and TIME will be utilized.

Control over the hectic fees in private colleges and hostels.
Reduction of classroom study.
Mandatory Attendence is 75% for roughly 240 lectures per semester
But Private colleges force to take 75% classes for 460 lectures per semester.
This so hectic, time get reduced for self learning.
