The world is changing in significant ways, and India's youth are poised to make the most out of it. The Youth are action-oriented, having the ability to think creatively and influences positive change across society. Youth are at the fore-front in using technology in all spheres and serves as a critical component in the larger vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat. Hence, there is a need for introducing new policy which can suggest appropriate policy interventions taking into account the impact of digital technology on education, work & employment, how the society will experience the fast paced changes and how full or needful engagement of the youth will create a responsible society, very well led and placed on the track of process & development.

Accordingly, the Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and Government of India has drafted the National Youth Policy 2023-32(NYP 2023-32) with the vision to synergize the hopes and aspirations of India's youth to enable harmonious growth of society; to harness the energies of youth more effectively towards inclusive economic growth & responsible governance; and to build an enabling environment where youth can come together, persevere, and work relentlessly with their utmost strength towards the making of a new India.

In order to ensure the participation of the stakeholders in policy making process, the Department of Youth Affairs seeks comments/views/suggestions on the draft NYP 2023-32 from all stakeholders.

WB ki haar ek government schools pe students and teachers ki counciling hone ki special bandobast hone chahiye . Mai Yuva ki vabiswa ke bare pe sochane se pahle yea sochana chaungi ke, Oh Yuba jaab Class 1 pe paar thi thi tow keya keya sahna paar ta hai! Boys school pe tifin time larai pitai Jada hote hai, agar us time koi baccha story Bolte hai toh kaisa hoga! Sabhi baccha acche story sunna pasand kaar te hai,lakin Aisa hote nehi hai, achche bacche ko bhi haar din ragging samne tifin time pe hone paar te hai. Government schools pe jaab June month pe Sahi poshon Mid Day Mill se mil rahe ke nehi,taab us time Saab thik tha,lekin abhi koi bacche ko chicken, fruits nehi Diya Jaa rahe hai. Keu!!!?

लगता है Youth Policies में काफी हद तक सरकारी स्कूलों में देने की आवश्यकता है हमारे देश में कई ऐसे विद्यालय हैं जहा शिक्षा मात्र एक डिग्री बाटने का माध्यम है और डिग्रिया देने के लिए कई प्राइवेट नॉन प्राइवेट संस्थान भी खुले हुए हैं पहले वो बंद हों! कई युवा 8वी या 12वी के बाद पढ़ नहीं पाते उनके लिए विशेष हॉस्टल फैकल्टी उपलब्ध कराई जाए! और हॉस्टल उपलब्ध हैं उनमें अपराधिक घटनाएं काफी बढ़ गई हैं उन सब पर काबू किया जाय! कई जगह छात्र के रूप में अपराध से लिप्त लोग भी ऐसे सस्था को अपनी जगह बनाए हुए हैं। रैगिंग व अन्य घटनाएं आम छात्रों को मानसिक रूप से प्रताड़ित करती है जिसे वह अपने घर में भी किसी को बता नहीं पाते इन सभी पर तत्काल प्रभाव से रोक लगे। कॉलेज को ऑनलाइन और ऑफलाइन दोनों की व्यवस्था दी जाय! ऑफलाइन जो समर्थ हों उन्हें ऑफलाइन जो ऑनलाइन करना चाहें उन्हे ऑनलाइन। यूवा को राजनीतिक भागीदारी सुनिश्चित किया जाए लेकिन वैसे यूवा जो इस क्षेत्र में सेवा भाव से आएं ना को द्वंद खेलने!

Youths are the wealth, power of our nation, so they should not be used as Toys, As they have no idea about future so they are misused by older people. we have to save them and our nation. My theory is. 1. Political Parties will never allow for rally. 2. Procession should be band. 3. Free Education for all 4. Private School and Colleges have to reserve 30% seats for poor boys. 5. The Serpanchs of villages will responsible for any boy if not admitted in school. 6. If any person is staying with hungry the Serpanchs will be put in jails.
