4. Encouraging innovations in certain areas required. For example, the plastic pollution is major problem in the world. But packaging we are not able to avoid. But for current we have to use plastics. But things packaging we can try to innovate new packaging items. This innovation need to encourage and slowly can eradicate the plastics baggages for grocery etc or minimize. Olden days people used to wrap in newspaper and give. Now full items coming in packages. Similarly other areas like waste t wealth, environment related needs like absorbing air pollution -device innovation like vaccum cleaner can be innovated. We can think needy requirements and trying to innovate I that areas. This will benefit everyone.
5. Similarly if we consider food items, innovation like avoiding maida, sugar and replacing with healthy alternatives wheat etc, millets introduction and usage etc. So the diet side innovations healthy ways can be encouraged by those people.

Dear honorable members,
The attached document herein is a perspective in building capabilities and capacities across the country at primary, junior and high school levels.
The youth will find that efforts in their formative years by the government will transform the way they choose their subjects in colleges/universities across India. Statistical analysis by the government, in a few years, will show transformation in the learning process and outcomes of students
Thus, the attached document outlines a methodology for creating excellence in academics across the country. It also opens up opportunities for employment of youth in very large numbers while providing them with an opportunity to pursue higher studies & specializations while teaching students

The National Youth Policy of India aims to provide a conducive environment for the holistic development of its youth, recognizing them as vital contributors to the nation's progress. This policy seeks to empower young individuals by ensuring quality education, skill enhancement, and access to opportunities that promote innovation, entrepreneurship, and active citizenship. It strongly emphasizes promoting health and well-being, gender equality, environmental sustainability, and digital literacy. Through collaborative efforts between government bodies, civil society, and the private sector, this policy envisions a future where India's youth are equipped with the necessary tools to drive social, economic, and cultural advancements, fostering a prosperous and inclusive society.

presently Indian youth are misled by many freebies and immoral politicians. specialy after the COVID -19 situation .young people became worthless, and loosing thier confidence level. literary works are very less done by them. they use to waste their valuable hours in mobiles. many parents have become the victim of their rude behaviour. behaviuoral changes must be ratified. leither long time or short term counselling session should be organised from grassroot level.

Youth without character is zombie. Policy shud ensure there is no failure here. IPC law compliance .reportedly changed for /of/by sovereign India and to throw out the slavery after 150 years, Atleast a beginning. any assessment done. Or like sun/moon the brits gave the best & just no improvement. Fair enuf, where is the data .. Out of 75 years, cases classified, criminals profiled, time taken , & let off. which sections , law were they exempt. what are the new things that have been added. what is the outcome expected , any thing built for future resilient given the trend and likely abuse of any & everything. NDRF . Not seen 1 to make life easy of law abiders and deterrence. G20 being held on corrputions. India had this opportunity to classify all of past cases, position, convictions, profiling ditto 4 rape , murder. even quality of policy judge. How r u going to punish laloo/malik , teesta Foreign NGO , police destroyed life of honest. how & by when. Fit but they r on medical bail?

Myself Dr.Ankur Dua. I'm a teacher by profession. As far as youth are concerned, India has more than 50% of its population below than the age of 25 and more than 65% below the age of 35. To avail such an enormous human resource, GOI should make a proper policy for youth so that their energy, zest may be availed in Atam Nirbhar Bharat. Entrepreneurship programs should be introduced at Senior secondary (12th) level. Young enthusiasts should be encouraged both technically as well as financially with the help of Skill development programs to be organised by the Technical Institutes with the help and cooperation of NITCON and state & central level ministries .
Thanks & regards

A code of conduct should be drafted
for Lawyers as from district court to highcourt's level. In it, it should be primarily mentioned that all the lawyers should not fight the cases of
murderer, rapist and those of involved with terrorist groups and the charges against the accus ed are prima facie visualised by the investigation agencies .It should be done by taking into confidence of bar associations of country.it will be helpful to control the crimes prevailing in the society.
