I have an idea for conducting online courses in the field of technology. Every student should be given a card from school using which he or she can reach any cyber cafe and do the online courses and/or projects. The funds will be transferred from the Govt. to the cyber cafe. This should be preferably done many times in a year and passing a certain number of times should be a criteria for passing the class itself. Exams of these courses may be conducted in the way JEE Exams are conducted. In the classes itself, information should be given on how to access further resources. Moreover, in the youth portal, there should be child accounts so that they can also access some of the resources.

The National Youth Policy is a strategic framework that outlines a country's approach towards addressing the needs and aspirations of its youth population. It typically covers areas such as education, employment, health, social inclusion, civic engagement, and overall development. It aims to empower and engage young people in shaping the future of the nation. If you're looking for specific details about a particular country's National Youth Policy, please provide more information.

This is yet few lines some thinking on our Golden era as ensuing.. as possibilities but given in Tamil ...may be coupled with inspirations from PM talk, Faruq request and my own thoughts.. as means as what Mahatma Gandhi would say..

Freedom of education choice based and flexible.. so also employment full, choice based and flexible.. perhaps I had experimented a life long one on full employment but relaxing on positions and returns.. interesting.. let us say thousands of youth go seeking self actualisation say without worry on food and shelter but frugal and determined.. show demonstrating possibilities.. I would wish and pray.. many take-up both gender, from every village across India..say minimum four or five from every village in every age group.. they may have to stay away atleast from money-corruption

I'm National Youth Corp form period of 2017-2019 in Nilgiris. The team of 14 members and active youths club when we was a team achieved many social activities. In pandalur flood disaster respected district magistrate called to us handle that situation with NDF force in other places also that was achieved by us.
Now youths are migrating to other places to their work culture. In this particular reason many youth club's are inactive. In my personal experience I suggest to say that active club's can be started in workplace to take part in social activities with government importance.
In education theory classes should be converted to practical classes.
At present due to digital world many youth was not in their culture to respect others, mainly to senior citizens, this should be changed as per government plan.
Majority of youths only in their mobile and digital world and losing their fitness each day digit world with this negativity.

One of the Pillars of India is its youth with a huge number and resources. Making this pillar base strong, can change the hold of the nation in the whole world a bit forward. Creating opportunities and a platform is the foremost thing we can do. Involving them in the governance by making one awareness program for each college mandatory and dividing the students into groups and letting them involve in the things happening around them. It might be afforestation or env related, ancient historical methodologies, or education. Along with one academic project they can parallelly do any social project to get their graduation.
Creating much more employment through various departments. i.e. from a whole 360 degrees of society. encouraging start-ups and their research process in a much wider way where people feel comfortable exploring their talents. Utilizing their talents and providing them a platform to invest in their immense intelligence can help us grow in mush faster way.
