Today, the opportunity for employment in government department hasn't been enhanced by the growth of youth population.
But there's an ample opportunity to lead a dignified life through own entrepreneurial skills or employable capabilities just after passing out of campus across the country.
What is needed to engage with creative activities as a contributor to the society instead spoiling the time without defined destiny is proper information and appropriate assistance to the youth being perplexed under throat cutting competitive era of safe and secured existence. We do have all the infrastructural facilities even funding agencies but our youth and the aspirants the rural population in particular unaware of the program and project undertaken by different agency. Hence, communication not only through digital version but oral and displaying manner must be implement amongst the last person. Finally what I would suggest the sense of cooperative effort couple bring a fruit full output.

The youth must be advised to find work opportunities starting from smaller pay from the age of 16. This will enhance and make them stronger in finding job/career after completing their studies timely. The youth must find out jobs in their local areas which will help them control their expenditure and stay in a healthy work - life balance.

The world has changed dramatically and the youth of India have been able to provide for these changes appropriately. Youth are action-oriented, they have the power to think creatively, move forward and bring about social change. Young people are using technology to initiate new changes in various fields, which requires a history of four years to fully assess the development of India. All round development of youth is possible by experiencing the impact of digital technology in education, work and employment. There is a need to pursue changes in policy making to increase the attractiveness and regular employment of the youth.
