The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is a highly vibrant and dynamic sector of the Indian economy with over 6 Crore units, providing employment to 11 Crore+ people (after Agriculture), having 28% share of GDP and 40% of exports. Like other sectors, MSME also has been adversely affected in terms of productivity during COVD 19. Accordingly, the efficiency and productivity of MSME assume further significance to achieve overall objectives of economic development and a V shape recovery of the Indian Economy.

Draft National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in India is a continuation of various measures taken to date to promote competitiveness, technology upgradation, infrastructure, cluster development, dedicated credit, procurement of products & financial assistance to MSME.

Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises invites stakeholders, Industry Associations, MSME units and general public to share suggestions and comments on the Draft Policy. The purpose is to firm up adaptive and inclusive National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

1) Train & provide effective guidance on how to respect human rights 2) MSME shouldn’t create situations where the business could not continue in their absence 3) MSME should not allow itself to become dependent on single client 4) MSME owners have to give more control to employees 5) Differentiate to avoid confusion’Big vision’ with ‘Starting Big’ & ‘Clear business plan’ with ‘Bogus business plan’ 6) MSME shouldn’t think they’re good at what they do,forgetting there’re others doing same thing 7) Have Unrationed & steady power supply to increase capacity utilisation, product price competitiveness 8) Shield them from unfair dumping of imports substituting their products 9) Increase size of Port with dedicated space for MSME 10) Target above300M self employed individuals by 2025. 10) Manufacturer Indian made containers for shipping goods than to depend on high cost foreign container 11) Reduce problem of raw material (like iron ore, copper etc ) availability, prices & location distance

The major stop in start of micro, small or medium scale businesses is lack of knowledge. lack of knowledge of Licencing requirements, financing, legal & statutory filings. an entrepreneur really fears with unintentional breaks of laws & guidelines applicable on them. he even don't know whether such laws apply to them or not. i suggest to develop a guiding system which suggests entrepreneur about all the applicable rule, laws, license requirements, legal & statutory filing requirements in advance for each entity & keep guiding them what & how to solve such issues in simple manner. if we simplify & create transparent mandatory needs, I am very sure the face of Indian entrepreneurs infrastructure will change drastically.

JAY JAWAN JAY KISHAN.THERE IS NEED FOR MANY SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRENURE IN AGRICULTURE SECTORS LIKE FOOD PROCESSING UNITS,ORGANIC FARMING, PRESERVING UNITS FOR VEGETABLES AND FRUITS ETC. AGAIN EXPORTING EXCESS FRUITS ,VEGETABLES OTHER AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS TO OTHER COUNTRIES. GOVERNMENT SHOULD ENCOURAGE FARMERS FOR CULTIVATING DIFFERENT VARIETIES OF CORN SUITABLE IN THEIR LOCALITY. ACCORDINGLY SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRENURE UNITS SHOULD BE ESTABLISHED ACCORDING TO THE AVAILABILITY OF RAW MATERIALS IN THAT PARTICULAR UNIY .

the test for the position of assistant professor exam has to be done separately from jrf by ugc. This is not fair decision by the government because it is grabbing the job opportunities for employment to a group of students who are accessible to resources. AS well as why can't the government eliminate the functioning of the poor Ranking private colleges the same way.while this sort of net exam is targeting the employment opportunities of poor people.BUT LOTS OF POOR RANKING COLLEGES ARE EARNING UP.

Today is the big problem of plastic wastage nd its equivalent which pollute our environment that's a big problem in front of government. Now 82% petroleum crude oil import from other country nd international flactuatrate of crude oil will damaged our economy so we have great option to make Bio diesel from plastic wastage nd its help us to improve our Indian economy nd the burden of import will less nd for this process we can save our environment from plastic wastage so I have request to apply.
