The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is a highly vibrant and dynamic sector of the Indian economy with over 6 Crore units, providing employment to 11 Crore+ people (after Agriculture), having 28% share of GDP and 40% of exports. Like other sectors, MSME also has been adversely affected in terms of productivity during COVD 19. Accordingly, the efficiency and productivity of MSME assume further significance to achieve overall objectives of economic development and a V shape recovery of the Indian Economy.

Draft National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in India is a continuation of various measures taken to date to promote competitiveness, technology upgradation, infrastructure, cluster development, dedicated credit, procurement of products & financial assistance to MSME.

Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises invites stakeholders, Industry Associations, MSME units and general public to share suggestions and comments on the Draft Policy. The purpose is to firm up adaptive and inclusive National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

Hello, The Govt of India provides adequate financial support to MSME.But what are practical difficulties arise when MSME will get loan that may be CC (cash credit) or other things. Every Govt Bank has exclusive portal for loan.i e loan sanctioned in 59 minutes. That is welcome ,but due negligence of officals in banks the borrowers (MSME) get sanction in other places rather than his home town. They (MSME) beneficiary travel each day for around 40 km for make use of the CC. The net banking is not useful. Apart from the above, loan beneficiary register their property into bank. The MSME without property how get their loan. The above case was happened in our family traditional business which was around 76 years old. Anyhave there is no new fruitful ideas for MSME .All the existing rules and regulations are enough.Officals of bank must come out openly and serve their for enlightenment of MSME, , ,

1) Address the job quality faced by MSME workers. 2) Women, LGBT & indigenous people should be proportionally represented. 3) Provide clear land ownership & titling. 4) Ensure firms are not disadvantaged in business environment based on their size or gender of the owner. 5) Use Insurance of loans instead of collateral. 6) Teach on how to make basic cash flow estimate. 7) Introduce mobile MSME service M-Paisa offering lending platform special to rural farmers. 8) Banks should decide if MSME segment is a key part of bank’s source of growth. 9) Use physical channels for sale/ to educate MSME on how banks can help to grow. 10) Recruit Local Relationship manager with in 3 KM to serve clients as community model. 11) Improve bankruptcy process & second chance for entrepreneurs. 12) Launch automated cash acceptance terminal allowing small cash deposit accumulated into bulk deposit. 13) Banks can identify underserved/unserved whether msme have credible/ viable business.14) Internationalise MSME

The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) get little or no discounts for technology upgradation from vendors. But the same vendors are happy to give discounts to large enterprises (because of bigger order volumes). In order to encourage the MSME, the vendors should provide similar discounts to their MSME customers also. Thank you.

1) please ensure workers & staff social welfare rights as MSME give less attention. They should provide compulsory minibus to pick & drop, shift lunch or dinner, free training, promotion, bonus, build resource capacity, improve & cleaned working conditions, maternity, free health check ups, sanitization, cleaned toilets, inclusive diversity/LGBT & other basic facilities. 2.) Improve & simplify audited product inspection procedures to reduce tax evasion by them. 3) Kick out MSME from incentive where they don’t create values/jobs & are burden to irregularities. Besides profit, they should have CSR. 4) Introduce fines if MSME are unfamiliar with labour regulations/legislation & don’t take steps to learn. 5) MSME to come forward with cultural activities to motivate. 6) Increase number of MSME banks. 7) Unlock growth in sectors like tourism, component parts, digital services etc with zero GST. 8) Free Support in developing business cases with data validation. 9) Reduce regional differences.
