The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is a highly vibrant and dynamic sector of the Indian economy with over 6 Crore units, providing employment to 11 Crore+ people (after Agriculture), having 28% share of GDP and 40% of exports. Like other sectors, MSME also has been adversely affected in terms of productivity during COVD 19. Accordingly, the efficiency and productivity of MSME assume further significance to achieve overall objectives of economic development and a V shape recovery of the Indian Economy.

Draft National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in India is a continuation of various measures taken to date to promote competitiveness, technology upgradation, infrastructure, cluster development, dedicated credit, procurement of products & financial assistance to MSME.

Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises invites stakeholders, Industry Associations, MSME units and general public to share suggestions and comments on the Draft Policy. The purpose is to firm up adaptive and inclusive National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

Respected PM Ji, Developing Industries@same time controlling on Office Maintainence charges & other charges reduces by using Technology.Ex:ToLLGates construction cost & other expenses & Heavy traffic some festive seasons pollution increases To reduce these types of difficulties our government has to come forward with INDDIGi Vehicle technology (IDVT) ex:when we take a cell phone📱that @ location wise even we cross a state we automatically get notifications & other charges applied.Like that every vehicle could be charged automatically when they travel from one place to another zones they are using/crossing automatically notification generated & vehicle number Like Mobile number in INDIA vehicle mobile number no need of display of Zones on number plates customer vehicle details are in records so when they stay in another state they can pay only charges on online without registration etc., It saves India please give permission & team & financial support to me create this app thank you.

We should make single window approval of MSME and other industries more meaningful and easy. We should club and bring these government organisations under the control of Corporation /Municipalities. 1) Inspectorate of Factories 2) Haz. Waste Disposal and Pollution control Board 3) Establishment & Trade licenses. We should consider Dubai Municipality as a role model and send our team to survey and learn from them. In addition there is an integrity of below Govt. Org with their municipality to have more control. 1) Civil Defence (Fire) 2) Electricity 3) Water supply 4) Chamber of Commerce 5) Precursor chemicals & Explosive 6) Banks Their municipality has the following departments from land allotment to commission a factory or residential building. 1) Land Survey 2)Engineering 3)Buildings 4)Environment(take care of waste management & pollution control) 5)Document Control.

Create an environment for MSME joint ventures to enable Indian MSMEs to partner with their global businesses and evolve to global levels on innovation, adapting to new technologies and attention to quality. (iii) Develop a focused institution encouraging technology development and R&D activities in MSME sector in a coordinated manner. The suggested institution may identify thrust areas for research, new areas for technology application, District be made the nodal centre for both- (i) receiving the demand for training from the enterprises .
