The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is a highly vibrant and dynamic sector of the Indian economy with over 6 Crore units, providing employment to 11 Crore+ people (after Agriculture), having 28% share of GDP and 40% of exports. Like other sectors, MSME also has been adversely affected in terms of productivity during COVD 19. Accordingly, the efficiency and productivity of MSME assume further significance to achieve overall objectives of economic development and a V shape recovery of the Indian Economy.

Draft National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in India is a continuation of various measures taken to date to promote competitiveness, technology upgradation, infrastructure, cluster development, dedicated credit, procurement of products & financial assistance to MSME.

Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises invites stakeholders, Industry Associations, MSME units and general public to share suggestions and comments on the Draft Policy. The purpose is to firm up adaptive and inclusive National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

cont--The three-tier system of governance in India has to play a specific and mutually reinforcing role in the development of MSME sector. cont--Draft National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in India is a continuation of various measures taken to date to promote competitiveness, technology up gradation, infrastructure, cluster development, dedicated credit, procurement of products & financial assistance to MSME. According to our thoughts and work we should firstly go through the inter governmental roles and policies by biding every step to step in good and beautiful with best terms and conditions in the open market. We should not forget that enemies are ready to make us fool and trying to cross the border of limit for selling there outcomes with a great profit in our country. Being a citizen of NIDIA we should make a policy here selling of products should be high so that the profit slab becomes good to purchase the outcome with different activities and products with a greater value The three-tier system of governance in India has to play.

It is really a great opportunity for us to give a suggestion and comments on this MSME ( MINISTRY OF MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISE). As we all know that giving suggestion may also help INDIA in different ways by taking decision on behalf of citizen keeping them in mind with the sacrifice they have given at the time of COVID-19. If our country is big we should AIM big. We have technology in our country to move forward being a young and INDIAN citizen armed with technology and love for my nation will definitely stop me to to see dreams of a small AIM. To become a dangerous and brave master we should use the technology as the servant we should not only use it but rather we should live on it. This is true and according to the changes in parameters The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is a highly vibrant and dynamic sector of the Indian economy with over 6 Crore units, providing employment to 11 Crore+ people (after Agriculture), having 28% share of GDP and 40% of exports.

We should understand, that the organisations vision and mission statements are the basics of Quality management system(QMS). Customers satisfaction is achieved only by implementing Quality Management System. If customers are satisfied then companies are going to make profits. We must ensure bank loans are repaid by making implementation of QMS as mandatory in our policy. If the industry is falling under hazardous industry definition then, we should also include the implementation of Occupational health & Safety, and Environment management systems as a requirement in our policy. Property insurance ( including production loss coverage) and Liability insurance (as per HSEIA report) is to be covered in the policy.

Respected PM The Small Enterprinures need Guidance/Information. We need to focus on such Model They should know real time : --where is the market --what to produce and how much is the requirement (Big Picture) This picture will help them to analyse and take decisions. We should have the provisions to develop them how to manage the business. -Create coaching by utalising Industry experts. I have offered my serviices to several Govt departments to Guide and develop Owners and Employees, but due to negligence of department all waste. India have people who wish to contriibute, but it seems Government Focus is only talks not execution, and Government department is just passing their time yiled of employee iis poor (Exception is always Possible)
