The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is a highly vibrant and dynamic sector of the Indian economy with over 6 Crore units, providing employment to 11 Crore+ people (after Agriculture), having 28% share of GDP and 40% of exports. Like other sectors, MSME also has been adversely affected in terms of productivity during COVD 19. Accordingly, the efficiency and productivity of MSME assume further significance to achieve overall objectives of economic development and a V shape recovery of the Indian Economy.

Draft National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in India is a continuation of various measures taken to date to promote competitiveness, technology upgradation, infrastructure, cluster development, dedicated credit, procurement of products & financial assistance to MSME.

Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises invites stakeholders, Industry Associations, MSME units and general public to share suggestions and comments on the Draft Policy. The purpose is to firm up adaptive and inclusive National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

Respected sir, In pharmaceutical industries, 95% API is exported from other country i.e. China etc. If you pass some rule for taking atleast 50% ingradient from local sources then it will increase the business opportunity. Automatically India can be Number 1 in API production. it will benefit both people and company. please take a look on this topic. Thank you, sir.

Dear Honorable Prime Minister, We are pleased to inform to you that International Certification Services Pvt. Ltd. is a first truly Indian Conformity Assessment Body, providing Quality Solutions to across all industrial sectors. We have joined the Prime Minister initiative covering Swachh Bharat Mission, Make in India and Local for Vocal etc. The Prime Minister office has also emphasized on PPP – Public Private Participation. Our suggestion is that PPP module should be made mandatory for all public organization, so they could become more transparent, effective and profitable by sharing available resources for the benefit of industry and economy. We are looking forward to active participation of Govt. agencies in Paryavartan – an Annual Conference on World Environment Day & Sat Gun Sang meet – a series of quality awareness programmes, Swachh Bharat - sensitizing young minds drives in Govt. Schools etc. Warm regards Dr. Sundar Kataria CMD, ICS

Dear Team, As we know after COVID-19 there is so many challenges shown up to do business all over the world so in India too. Hence I am here only to suggest that MSME should consider CLCS-TUS subsidy scheme while drafting National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in India. This scheme has huge impact on MSEs I am suggesting this with my past 6-8 years of experience. Again I am suggesting you Please Restart CLCS-TUS technology upgradation scheme for MSEs which is closed since March 2020. Thank You,

Consider the lessons learnt from bank /NBFS fraud, bankruptcy case incidents to make the policy foolproof. We must take all these incident investigation reports implement proactive control measures in the policy (bankruptcy laws only ensures reactive controls). Entrepreneurs common frauds are, Divert funds to other companies, deploy family members or biname companies for supply of products or for construction, invest in other organisations, after company is established split & create new pvt limited companies within the premises and sell, dirvert funds to foreign countries in the name of collaborations to develop business(etc), give bank guarantee to family members/ biname companies, hire equipments from family members or from biname, deploy favourite auditor to make annual financial reports, bribe banks or financial institutions to release funds to divert, salaries of sister concern employees are taken, company equipment are used in sister concern, obtain loan from many banks etc,
