The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is a highly vibrant and dynamic sector of the Indian economy with over 6 Crore units, providing employment to 11 Crore+ people (after Agriculture), having 28% share of GDP and 40% of exports. Like other sectors, MSME also has been adversely affected in terms of productivity during COVD 19. Accordingly, the efficiency and productivity of MSME assume further significance to achieve overall objectives of economic development and a V shape recovery of the Indian Economy.

Draft National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in India is a continuation of various measures taken to date to promote competitiveness, technology upgradation, infrastructure, cluster development, dedicated credit, procurement of products & financial assistance to MSME.

Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises invites stakeholders, Industry Associations, MSME units and general public to share suggestions and comments on the Draft Policy. The purpose is to firm up adaptive and inclusive National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

We need to develop people with work experience as entrepreneurs. Those who have been selected as employees in government public sector companies have come first in the rankings in the examination for employment.Experiential knowledge along with academic knowledge is presently theirs.Only a good employee can be a great entrepreneur. How can new companies be formed if the government has the best employees under its control? The government should try to turn the best of the public sector employees who have been working hard for more than 15 years into entrepreneurs. We need to see this as a way to create entrepreneurs. He wants to transform workers who have been performing well for more than 15 years into entrepreneurs in professions related to their education and work experience. This is not to say that there is only one way. The government should see this as a way to create entrepreneurs & new MSMEs.It is not right for talented employees to be in a narrow circle.

The efforts taken by the government to create entrepreneurs are welcome. The government needs to remember that the root cause of today's Indian youth's reluctance to start businesses is because they are the first generation of new entrants. Most of the first generation ITI to engineering graduates. No experience. So those with more work experience are in government public sector companies. The government selected the most talented people for the job. Must come forward to become entrepreneurs. It is not right for the government to demand short-term competent training and start a business. Apprenticeship training in a short period of time is how to develop entrepreneurs. Apprentice training + 3 years work experience required. The government should convert experienced public sector employees into entrepreneurs. Otherwise the government should give work experience to the youth. The government should convert experienced public sector employees into entrepreneurs.

Incentives and Extra money credit should be given to Women entrepreneurs in MSMEs... there should be encouragement to increased representation of women in labour force...MSMEs should be encouraged to export more of their produce to foreign nations.

There are several factors that need consideration for building a robust SME sector. A few and basic factors which I seek your attention is to give visibility to our traditional products on global platforms. We should concentrate on doing what we are best. Local industries need protection from illegal imports. The system of filing bills of entry through custom house agents should stop. Agents are the biggest manipulators and exploiters of the loopholes in the legal system. Agents not only help in the smuggling of goods but also cause severe damage to the local industries. Improving the standards of SMEs is important for their growth. Manipulative labels cause great losses to SME firms that focus on manufacturing superior quality products. Superior quality of product competes on the same platform in the market with the manipulators. The consumer is attracted to cheaper products which cause losses to the consumer and harms the industry.

I was wondering if it is possible to make a unique business card for businesses only where it is a mix of rupay card, identity card and shopping card. Ok what I meant by where the shopping card to be used is we need to create a super huge online shopping service which is a collaboration of Rupay - For Transaction services, Post Office - For delivery services, Indian Railways - for transport services, Private sector(TATA, Reliance, etc) - for filling shortcomings, digital seamless experience and boost connectivity all these together for a perfect online shopping service with government support, low fees, easy for merchants to sell merchandise and for customers to buy stuff with better prices for the citizens of India And thus improving the rural & tribal economy by connecting them to the internet and selling thier specialties and thus creating a vast specialties of items and improvement in the economy (buyers outside India have to pay 10% extra tax) First make it successful in india
