One of the reasons many SMEs don't scale up is fear of compliance costs once they become even slightly bigger. Govt can help the industry by announcing that if a co is small enterprise today, it will be comsidered small for nextb10 years and expected to comply rules of Small enterprise even if it grows and scales up.. this will give them time to scale up before they need to comply with more laws

1MSMe sector should be connect with traditional art and skill.
2 Agriculture sector should be recognised as a msme sector.
3 Animal husbandry sector should be treated as msme sector.
4 people should be mentally prepared to take participate in msme sector.
