The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is a highly vibrant and dynamic sector of the Indian economy with over 6 Crore units, providing employment to 11 Crore+ people (after Agriculture), having 28% share of GDP and 40% of exports. Like other sectors, MSME also has been adversely affected in terms of productivity during COVD 19. Accordingly, the efficiency and productivity of MSME assume further significance to achieve overall objectives of economic development and a V shape recovery of the Indian Economy.

Draft National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in India is a continuation of various measures taken to date to promote competitiveness, technology upgradation, infrastructure, cluster development, dedicated credit, procurement of products & financial assistance to MSME.

Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises invites stakeholders, Industry Associations, MSME units and general public to share suggestions and comments on the Draft Policy. The purpose is to firm up adaptive and inclusive National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

My suggestions:- 1) I am 16 years into Financial Services of Supply Chain Finance & SME Financing. Would like to participate as free consultant to Ministry of SME for upliftment of SMEs in India. There are still 70% MSMEs not getting access to proper banking credit. My Profile: - https://www.linkedin.com/in/manish-gadia-9969763/ Prepare a Regular Governing council of professionals from various Industries who can guide Ministry (I can represent Banking & Financial Services) 2) Why cant we suggest loans to SMEs in Tier 3 & 4 towns br classified as PSL.... 3) Can banks /nbfcs / platforms get subsidy to aid MSME loans? 4) No MNC bank utilises CGT. Its akin to first loss. Can we make availment of that easier? 5) Why not give a purse CGT to banks/nbfcs to aid credible startups 6) Make it mandatory for every company above 1000crores to source 3-5pct from MSMEs (exclusions). Aggregator economy is destroying MSMEs 7) SMERA Ratings to be mandated for every Credit approvals

खिलोनों से डीफेंस ईनष्ट्री तक भारत की पहचान ओर निर्यात वृद्धि और सभी आंकड़े अचंभित करने वाले भी है सभी क्षेत्रों में सरप्लस उत्पाद आवश्यकता से अधिक ज्यादा सभी उत्पादों का एक्सपोर्ट इससे संभालकर रखने का खर्च बचेगा और नश्ट होने का प्रमान भी कम होगा डीमांड ओर सप्लाई ओर उत्पाद का समन्वय स्थापित करने में भारत सरकार सभी मंत्रालय कड़ी मेहनत से यह संभव भी हो रहा है। सभी क्षेत्रों पर निर्यात उनकी कीमत कम से कम प्रभावी हो सके यह सबकूछ सराहनीय भी है। सबसे ज्यादा ध्यान आवश्यक की भारत से एक्सपोर्ट सभी वस्तुओं की गूनवत्ता

The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is speedily growing Indian Economy with 6 crore units and employment to more than 11 crores people which is highly appreciable. Draft provides strong foundation on which economy grows. The draft is clear, simple and can be implemented with ease and that is the positive point of Draft. Any improvements can still be made while implementation of the same to enhance the positiveness and success to achieve the goal set.

Government is encouraging buying of electric vehicles by giving subsidy and IT rebate is commendable. We need to advertise it on TV channels , news and other media and create fast charging facilities so that people get confidence that they won’t be helpless on the road while vehicle trips due to battery charge. We are in the journey of building up and change over to Electric Vehicle. This is going to be a big way in saving environment , foreign exchange and money saving on petrol .

भारत की प्रगति में औद्योगिक क्रांति होनी चाहिए। इसके लिए उधोगपति को सपोर्ट करना आवश्यक है। 1-उधोग लगाने के लिए स्पेशल रेट्स भर जमीन उपलब्ध करवाना 2-10 साल तक टैक्स फ्री 3-उधोगपति को 5,10,20,100वर्कर वाले उधोगों पर कर्मचारी को वेतन देने के लिए 5-10रू प्रतिमाह अनुदान देना चाहिए। 4-लघु उधोगों लगाने वालों को आयकर छूट 10-15 लाख रूपए की आय पर छूट आवश्यक है। 5-विधुत उपभोग की रेट 2 रू यूनिट होनी चाहिए। 6-बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण श्रम कानून व श्रमिक यूनियन हमारे भारत मैं उधोगों को पनपने मैं सबसे बड़ी रुकावट है। 7-उधोग लगाने वालों को विदेशी यात्रा करवाना, वहां की फैक्ट्रीयों के टूर करवाना वह ट्रैनिंग करवाया जाना प्रमुख है। हम जब दैखैगै तो हमारे दिमाग मैं आइडिया आयेगा हम यह कर सफलता प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। 8-उधोगो के लिए ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों का चुनाव आवश्यक है। 9-बैंको से कम ब्याज दर पर लोन दिलवाया जाना 10-ट्रासपोर्ट सिस्टम को सस्ता करना। इसके लिए ट्रकों पर टैक्स हटाया जावे 11-सभी तरह की मशीनों के आयात पर सभी तरह के टैक्स मुक्त होने चाहिए। एक बार भारत में उधोग लगाने का माहौल बनाया जाना चाहिए।

The Government should strive to transform those who come first in all education and employment examinations into entrepreneurs. Inexperienced workers will also have the opportunity to work with them if experienced workers become entrepreneurs.On the other hand, there will be an opportunity to hire newcomers in government service for some time. They too will later become entrepreneurs.
