The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is a highly vibrant and dynamic sector of the Indian economy with over 6 Crore units, providing employment to 11 Crore+ people (after Agriculture), having 28% share of GDP and 40% of exports. Like other sectors, MSME also has been adversely affected in terms of productivity during COVD 19. Accordingly, the efficiency and productivity of MSME assume further significance to achieve overall objectives of economic development and a V shape recovery of the Indian Economy.

Draft National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in India is a continuation of various measures taken to date to promote competitiveness, technology upgradation, infrastructure, cluster development, dedicated credit, procurement of products & financial assistance to MSME.

Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises invites stakeholders, Industry Associations, MSME units and general public to share suggestions and comments on the Draft Policy. The purpose is to firm up adaptive and inclusive National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

we have submitted , for consideration, few approaches/models adopted for attending to MSME eco system. Its very important that greening the msme eco system aligned to nations commitment on global platform is started in right ernest and is continued. The top bottom and bottom up approach attending to demand and supply side constraints with ownership involvement of all stakeholders shall be the key for excellence. MSME reside and flourish in clusters and thus it requires holistic approach of both soft and hard infrastructure being addressed through convergence and leveraging of schemes/programmes of different players.

MSME are good opportunities for young and dynamic youth of India. Skills necessary for overall development should be percolated in them, other than physical skills, removing mental blocks, financial support to be provided. Facilities to collect crop at the point of production by establishing chain system and selling same through another chain so that customer get product at low price, can create tons of employments and at the same time win win situation for all.

Sir, whereas micro level industries are concerned, they fulfill the needs of local level. Government is providing subsidized loans to unemployed rural citizens. There is no need to change it. And whereas macro level industries are concerned, Government should insert Leissez fair concept in those sectors and should completely separate itself and act as an umpire only. The Leissez fair concept should be an outcome of Neo Liberalization rather than Liberalization. Micro level industries should be completely tax free on local level (at District Level businesses) and for macro level industries fixed and very low rate of tax should be imposed. Government should fix a rate chart for all the essential commodities as well as for consumer products. In those States where the agro yield are much more than the expected quantity, Government should arrange its transportation to macro level industries of other States so that farmers would not commit suicide due to heavy loss and very low price.

Dear Sir. The MSME sector operates from small to large enterprises. In this, small scale industries are neglected and more and more large scale industries are given a boost. Small scale industries need to be given financial incentives by the government. For this, the government should provide subsidy to small scale industries. For exporting of MSME material need attention to reduce Problem regarding the exporting of goods. As a entrepreneur many students are participating in MSME industry, for those entrepreneur need a guidance in this sector.
