Hi all, I have booked a new flat at Runwal Mycity on March 2021, at the time of booking they have given me a cost sheet based on the amount mentioned on the cost sheet including GST I have booked the flat and I have given 2 PDC cheques for registration and 10% amount of the flat, 1st wrongly guided by the bank at the same place that loan eligibility, I have booked the flat. At the time of booking, the sales person told us GST no need to pay now you can pay once we got the possession letter. 2nd they took 6 months for registration, so initially, I have paid them whatever they demanded, but still have charged me late payment fees I don't know why on which basis? 3rd in cost sheet and agreement slab wise payment schedule has been given. In the cost sheet, 1% GST is mentioned. Now builder is asking additional 4% GST which is not mentioend on cost sheet or on the agreement, is there any 1 can guide me ?

Govt should be careful about sharing the biometric or Genetic information Data with anybody as it could be misused easily . Even voter list data could be misused. Kashmir genocide of Hindus was planned by Voter list. People with crooked minds can find the ways to misuse. Please be careful with Data sharing policy .

Government of India we must use GPS Chips in out Indian Passports so that with help of Indian Satellite we can detect the Indian Citizen moment in designated Country even if he moves to other country GOI can tack position easily. ISRO and DRDO must devlop GPS chip for Indian passport. Even passport can have Biometrics details in chip of Traveller who owns Indian Passport. India will be fist Country to have GPS tracking passport in World. Please try to implement it if possible.
