Inviting Suggestions on Draft India Data Accessibility & Use Policy 2022

The draft India Data Accessibility and Use Policy was published on MeitY website on February 21, 2022. Since its publication, MeitY has been receiving several comments and suggestions on the draft policy. It’s also observed that there is a need to bring in some more clarity with regard to some of the clauses in the draft policy so that the objectives of the Data Accessibility policy to enable better services is made amply clear. These clauses will be finalized after getting inputs of stakeholders in the consultation process Accordingly the draft policy document for consultations is being shared here.

Data is a digital assets for any country.What is a way to protect data for outsider. 1 A national data centre should be established for store and protect data . 2 A digital law should be enacted for strict guideline about data information. 3 A digital awareness is a way to aware among people for safely use digital plateform. 4 Service provider company has take responsibility for secure customer data in server.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी ,सादर प्रणाम मेरे विचार से भारतीय लोकतंत्र की मजबूती के लिए सबसे मुख्य भूमिका शिक्षा की है, इसलिए भारत सरकार को शैक्षिक सुधार के अन्तर्गत शिक्षक भर्ती प्रक्रिया को शसक्त एवं पार्दर्शिता पूर्ण बनाने के लिए ठोस कदम उठाते हुए सम्पूर्ण भारत में एक ही प्रतियोगी परीक्षा के द्वारा शिक्षक भर्ती चयन प्रक्रिया अपनाई जानी चाहिए.

प्रधानमंत्री जी, कृपया देश हित में * एक देश एक कानून लागू किया जाए । * जनसंख्या नियंत्रण कानून लागू किया जाए। * देश के विकास के लिए आरक्षण को पूरी तरह समाप्त किया जाए। आप देश हित में कर सकते हैं। * ऑन लाइन मतदान शुरू किया जाए जो आधार कार्ड से लिंक किया जाए। धन्यवाद.

Modiji આજ સુપ્રીમકોર્ટ કા એક ઓર્ડર દેખા જેમાં દો જજ કી બેન્ચ ને એક ઓર્ડર લીખા હૈ જો સરકારી કર્મચારી રિતાયાર્ડ હો જાતા હૈ ઉસ પર કોઈ કાર્યવાહી નહી હો શક્તિ હૈ પર પોસ્ટ કે અધિકારી ને પહેલે કંપલ્સરી retiyard કીયા બાદ મે ramooved કીયા ઔર કોઈ બેનિફિટ નહી દિયા ઔર કોર્ટ કેસ કા કોઈ ભી નિકાલ નહી આ રહા હૈ.સાત સાલ તો હો ગયા ઔર કિતના રાહ દેખના પડેગા.

Respected PM , If we have to become indipendent we must develope our own Internet ( Which other wise is of US ) and SWIFT so that we cannot be bullied or threatened for unnecessary reasons. Please push the ISRO & IIT’s to work in this direction . If you require funds for this each indian will positively contribute. . With respects

1. All Govt departments, ministries, entities should be required to publish a charter that lays down what information and data will be maintained by it online and made available to verified citizens, users etc. 2. The Draft Policy document should mention among its objectives , the sharing of data and information is intended to improve transparency, reduce scope for corruption and harassment. Such clear objective will in turn inform and direct the subsequent rules and norms accordingly.
