The general public/stakeholder is hereby informed that the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) invites comments/suggestions on the amendment in “Apprentices Act,1961” with an objective to enhance the apprenticeship opportunities for youth.

Any person/stakeholder desirous of sending their comments/suggestions may do so through e-mail at anita.sriv@nic.in within thirty working days from the date of publication of the details of the invite.

The last date for submission of inputs is 10th May 2021.

@narendramodi @PMOIndia @AmitShah What i feel, west countries have been started a silent war through viruses, testing their pilot bio-weapons to become rich and make other countries weak without direct wars. these countries are playing a big diplomatic game silently through war of viruses. but their predictions become wrong in terms of india, when they saw our response to first version of covid. then they released 2nd Lets India become strong in advance thru ayurved & yoga to slap them.

Respected Sir, Please take necessary steps to waive off cancellation/reschedule charges for domestic/international flights considering the ongoing Covid pandemic. People do not wish to travel to places like Delhi/Maharashtra where medical systems are already overloaded managing the existing population.Last year such initiatives were taken and the same was huge relief for common man.

The name of the company providing the training or employment should be clearly mentioned in the Skill Passport. The start day and end date of the training or assignment should be recorded with the permit number issued by the employment office. Help identify some false entities. The employment office permit number must be obtained at the beginning and end of the training or job offer. All companies must register it in the skill passport online.

Success is guaranteed if the Central Government makes better use of the District Employment Office in the matter of Skill Passport. It would be better to conduct vocational training, apprenticeship training and work in factories through the employment office. Before a person can be hired by a company, the dealer must register with the employment office where the company is located and obtain a permit number and write it in the Skill Passport.

The Skill Passport must contain the full details of a worker. This will help the human resource sector to improve in the future. Contract workers do not waste blood. Even if a person is offered a contract job or fired, the company concerned must obtain a permit number from the employment office. Skill, passport, education, vocational training, job description, work experience should be included in the skill passport. This must be registered by the district employment office.

Skill passport is a must.It should be mandatory to get vocational training and work.Should be made compulsory for all workers. All citizens must have a professional identification card . Skilpassport is mandatory to start self-employment, to work in factories registered under the Labor Welfare Act.Education, vocational training & work experience should be included in it. Skilled passport is also required to work as a contract worker.Registration should be kept at the District Employment office

किसी भी नये लघु उद्योग को प्रारंभ करने के लिये उचित प्रशिक्षण आवश्यक है। सरकार को ये सुनिश्चित करना है की भी अयोग्य व्यक्ति ये ना कर पाये।
