Apprentice training duration should be increased. The period fixed by the Government is not sufficient. Do not go out like students when completing training. Must complete training as a worker. All apprentices are required to complete three years of training in the LCS system. Apprentice trainees should be trained in the LCS system and then converted to full-time employment. Only when working as a worker will you give the experience needed to be self-employed.

Minimum Age for becoming appraintice must be set to 12 years of age. Any body who attained 12 years must be allowed to work as appraintice. Child labor meaning has to be revised.

Now time attained to stop all freebies.
Except for education nothing is free to anyone at all. Even after 76 years still not developed then don't do it.
All are equal and equally classified in the bu;siness and appointment sector. Now talent counts no reservation that now India become a Reservation country-Deserved are leaving the Country
All certificate has a value in the banks & according to calibre not qualification financial support enhanced under the strict invigilation TeamsManagement

1. In historical India, Everyone was trained in one field or another irrespective of age and qualifications
therefore, age limit and qualifications must be removed.
2. Gender ratio (1:1) must be maintained and physically disabled people must be included with certain special concessions .
3. A loan upto 10 lakhs must be provided to each student for startups after completion of training.
4. A website or app must be prepared to students for job registration if they want to switch company

The Central Government should provide free hand tools to those who complete apprenticeship training according to their profession. Apprentice graduates are often wasting their time looking for work. Self-employed suffer without adequate funding. Therefore, self-confidence will be born if the box containing the hand tools is given to the persons who complete the apprenticeship training. It will also create interest to start self-employment . So this should include the provision of free hand tools

Sir
I'm writing continuously for one Exam for all employment & allow to all.
For example: UPSC will conduct Exam so only one Exam. The departments will select from candidates as per mark & Choices.
Again if a candidate with literature as qualification is able to work as any post if pass in written Exam and clear the interview
