Dear Sir,
Now a days all the technical professionals need apprenticeship. So GOI should formulate a plan for compulsory apprenticeship in all technical professionals. All the technical colleges must follow the rule to train the students in professional atmosphere like in production house. After the completion of training students should get the passing certificate.

Sir, Before bringing amendments toApprenticeship Act we have to bring a lot of reforms inourEducation system Before that we have to educate both the parents and students that only this kind of degree is good and the other is not. In Education system each and every degree is same, but they differs from the subjects.Atpresent theEducation system should be mingled with the existence and welfare of the student and society. So Apprenticeship Act amendments should be made basedon existence.

According to my point of view to promote skill education in India each ITI and Polytechnics should be linked to any Industrial establishment and each student of these institutions should be taken under Apprenticeship, by this we can save expenditure on running an apprenticeship institution and every student of skill course will be benefited.

Concept note covers everything from training to stipend. But the basic reason for anyone going for apprenticeship is to get gainful employment and be able to sustain himself/herself during the course. So, I think firstly apprentices should be given assured jobs after training according to the amount of skills developed, secondly there should be a proper exam for apprentice entrance and lastly, the stipend should be rationalised so that apprentices are able to sustain themselves during training.

apprenticeship should be done on the basis of min. 30% of the required number of worker (contractual+company) + staff in any organization and their tenure must be of 3+6 years the compulsory basis for both employee and employer and the organization adopting min. 20% among these will be granted 20÷10 of relaxation in some taxes.
and selection must be done from a common state-level examination under the supervision of companies and labor commissioner every year
