Sir, please increase public transport systems like train/bus frequency. Still public transport systems are the preferred mode of transportation for all people. A better easy accessible public transportation system can decongest roads thus reduce traffic/pollution and cuts diesel/petrol consumption. Request you to consider this suggestion.

The number of senior citizens in India is expected to grow to around 180 Million by 2025. My humble suggestion is there is possibly a need for market place that offers necessary services to senior citizens and it could cover their finance, Health, leveraging work experience on specific needs for Public or Private services and spiritual needs. My humble thoughts are shared in this post. https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/market-place-senior-citizen-services-krishnan-karunganni-s/

Sir Motivate the officers of PSU Banks etc for avoiding corruption in primary stage before it becomes habit. In psu and banks etc, reimbursement for mobile smart phone and recharges @ Rs 400/_ to Rs 800/_ per month. Officers submit manual Bill's of full amount for reimbursement. However they have smart phone for recharge online and nowadays all monthly recharges are below 300. For reimbursement online recharge should be must. Thanks.

rating and review system should be implemented. not based on just experiance , rating by public and honesty in service should be considered for promotions. special insentives for who work more. by giving insentives let them motivate to more work, who r nt compliant should be demoted employee work place should ncourage them to work more. not compromising in nature . when employ is happy then only he can make his customers happy. self sufficinet will have less greed
