Hon'ble Sir it's regarding job creation for youth.Education system lacks coordination with ultimate jobs. There is lack of GOVT EMPLOYEES (CAT I II III IV) at various levels in various departments. One employee is burdened with multiple charges. This creates negative work environment n deters efficiency.Atleast clerical jobs can be raised and respective promotions up the ladder.More recruitments can be done to lessen the burden of existing employees and providing jobs as well .

The last 5 year's have been an inspiration for the nation as to where we should go as a nation and how to reach that goal, but the next 5 years will be filled with actions taken towards those aspirations hence I would like my beloved Prime Minister to rename his famous talk show from "Mann ki baat" to "Kamm ki baat". As he is a man of actions rather than just tall talks it would be more suitable for him to speak about his work towards progress, as his actions are louder than his word's.

Sir, Appeal to offices to reduce paper use by analysing working. Now mostly work is being done on computer system and data should be preserved there in systematic manner. But offices still use old rules and print everything and destroy after few years as destruction of old records. Only legal requirement papers should be preserved. Hence save trees save environment.

To the most honorable Prime minister, nowadays education had become a business. We know that there are various boards like CBSE,ICSE and various state boards. This brings a lot of differences in present education system.I hope it would be better if government set up good schools with one board of education system. This would bring a good impact on the nation.Students develop a common identity, parents get relieved from frustration, teachers get good salary also. I request u to thinkover my idea.
