आदरणीयश्री नरेन्द्रभाई, इस वर्तमान समय में लोगों की सोच एक अलग दिशा में जा रही है। इस समाज में लोग किसी न किसी व्यक्ति को अपना आदर्श मानते हैं और उस व्यक्ति की तरह जीना चाहते हैं। यदि ऐसा आदर्श व्यक्ति अपनी शिक्षा या अपनी योग्यता के आधार पर लोगों को अच्छी दिशा में ले जा रहा है तो यह सामाजिक तंदुरुस्ती का संकेत है, लेकिन अब स्थिति अलग है। सामाजिक कार्यक्रम में बड़े-बड़े आदमियों को पैसे के कारण मंच पर बिठाया जाता है और अक्सर ऐसे बड़े आदमी अपने पैसे से खुद का सम्मान करवाते देखे जाते हैं और लोग ऐसे अयोग्य लेकिन बड़े आदमी को अपना आदर्श मानकर उनकी तरह बनना चाहते हैं जो सामाजिक पतन की निशानी है। वास्तव में ऐसे पैसे वाले वर्ग के अलावा मध्यम वर्ग या गरीब वर्ग के अपनी योग्यता वाले लोग जैसे अच्छे शिक्षक, अच्छे इंजीनियरों या किसी भी विषय में अच्छा योगदान देने वाले व्यक्तियों को मंच पर जगह दी जानी चाहिए और सम्मानित किया जाना चाहिए ताकि लोगों के मन में यह भावना पैदा हो कि ऐसी योग्यता वाले व्यक्तियों को भी सम्मानित माना जाता है और ऐसे व्यक्ति को आदर्श बनाना चाहिए। कृपया इस विषय को शामिल करें।

रेरा कानून के अंतर्गत रेरा अथॉरिटी को विवादों के त्वरित निपटारा करने के लिए बनाया गया था। किन्तु इस केन्द्रीय कानून में रेरा अथॉरिटी द्वारा नोटिस देने पर विकासकर्ता द्वारा जवाब देने की कोई समय सीमा ही नहीं है। अतः विकासकर्ता 4-5 महीने तक जवाब ही नहीं देते हैं। उपभोक्ता संरक्षण कानून में इसके लिए 30 दिन जो 15 दिन और बढ़ाए जा सकते हैं , इसका प्रावधान है। कृपया विवादों का समयोचित निपटारा करने हेतु रेरा कानून में अध्यादेश द्वारा अविलंब संशोधन करवाएँ और विकासकर्ता द्वारा जवाब दिये जाने की उचित समय सीमा तय करें।

Sir, respecting my nation and your views I will put a short view about my opinion to you regarding today's generation. Now a days young children are been getting addicted towards mobiles game which are affecting their metal and physical life. Studies are being hampered And similarly Children now a days are becoming lazy and are being addicted towards more mobile games and social media A few cases have been seen in India regarding some years, A children had kill her mom who had just refused him to stop playing BGMI. And also many children are literally torturing theirs parents for mobile phones , bikes and other expensive things. The main prob of this gen. is we are comparing ourselves with others and are not satisfied with the things that we have. Hence, can't live a happy life The main motive to overcome this situation is i) be happy and satisfied with what u have ii) stop getting addicted to online games and social media which are spoiling many students bright future.
