Creates awareness.Rural lay people are realizing the beauty of Swachh India programme.While traveling, they throw empty food packets, tea cups, water bottles etc. on the road. The vehicles behind are having a lot of trouble.Even the students of top universities and educational institutes in the country throw garbage on the roads carelessly.Educated and uneducated people throw garbage during their travels without fear.In universities and educational institutes students should be taught how to handle garbage during trips.As the level of education rises in the country, the cleanliness of public places should rise.Violation of road rules leads to fines and cancellation of license.Those who have studied in universities and higher educational institutes in the country should get their degrees and certificates back due to illegal dumping of garbage during trips.Disregarding not only the traffic rules but also the roads is a crime.

sir, I am serving in j and k police as headconstable from last 23 years. i have fled from my native village because people used to harass my family and children because, i was posted in local police station in 2016 burhan aftermath. They suspected that i give the names of stone pelters to the officers which was actually true to some extent and they started to abuse,pelt stones and intimidate my family thus forced my family to fled from the village and i locked the house and shifted to srinagar and live on rent. sir, now I have a request that our pay is far below than Crpf posted here, our risk allowance is 300 rs only. while as capfs takes about 20000 more pay than us. nither anybody encourages us in any way nor gives any facality. Dear Sir, I want to says that a person is suffered more years for his/her judgement.A judge is hingly well educated with more experience then why they are not finished one case in two to three weeks.resultant more cases finished in some months by planning,more people have do not feels a burden and the judge completed one case in two to three weeks for every types of cases which cannot see over past years and resultant it is closed ,In this era it is most important for all work of court changes in duration times.Please some changes in law for better decision by judges.
