Respected PM Narendra Modi Ji,
My name is Nidheesh Jain & I am a Class 9 student of The Emerald Heights International School, Indore. I wish to share a small idea on a big problem that affects us every day—traffic congestion. I have attached my detailed paper for your kind consideration.
Traffic jams waste time, fuel, & energy, increase pollution, & make daily life stressful for students, workers, & families. Even after building flyovers & new roads, traffic problems continue because issues are not identified & solved in real time.
I believe technology can help. Cities can use live traffic data from apps like Google Maps and TomTom to see where traffic is slowing down instantly. This can help traffic police act faster, manage signals better, and reduce violations. Manila used this method and successfully improved its traffic, showing that this solution works.
With guidance and support from your good office, I would like to develop this idea into a simple IT dashboard sol

A simple and economical approach to address the issue of stray cattle on roads and public spaces is the introduction of durable QR-coded ear tags for cattle, licensed to rightful owners and linked to a centralised Pashu Database mapped with Aadhaar-based owner identification.
These QR tags can be scanned by authorised personnel to instantly identify owners, enabling law-enforcement and municipal authorities to adopt a more accountable and structured system for managing stray cattle behaviour. This can help reduce traffic nuisance and improve road safety over time.
Lost cattle can be easily traced and returned to their rightful owners. Animals found without QR tags may be treated as abandoned and safely transferred to registered gaushalas.
This low-cost system requires minimal infrastructure and supports public safety, administrative efficiency, and animal welfare.

Respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, Delhi’s pollution has become a serious threat to our health, especially for children and senior citizens. We request stronger and faster action to control air pollution through better public transport, strict checks on industrial emissions, and encouragement of electric vehicles. Tree plantation drives should not be symbolic but sustained and monitored. At the same time, citizens must be educated and motivated to avoid burning waste and to adopt eco-friendly habits. With strong leadership from the government and responsible participation from the people, Delhi can breathe clean air again and become a model city for environmental protection.

Respected PM sir, attracting TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company) to set up manufacturing in India under Make in India by 2025 is both a strategic and diplomatic challenge. Let’s break it down into policy, economic, and geopolitical levers India can use, especially with Taiwan’s cooperation. Strategic Pathways for India to Attract TSMC, Government-to-Government Diplomacy, India–Taiwan Tech Corridor: Establish a formal semiconductor cooperation framework, similar to India–Japan or India–US initiatives. Bilateral Agreements: Use trade and investment treaties to give TSMC preferential treatment in India. Political Balancing: India must carefully manage relations with China while deepening unofficial ties with Taiwan. Financial Incentives, Semicon India Program: Offer subsidies covering up to 50% of fab setup costs, similar to what the US CHIPS Act provides. Joint Venture Model: Encourage TSMC to partner with Indian conglomerates (Tata, Reliance, Adani) to share risk capital.
