Dear Sir, Many women face challenges in re-entering the workforce after taking a career break for family responsibilities, especially childcare. This issue becomes more severe when they try to join the government sector. Women who take a break to raise children often find that government jobs have strict age criteria (usually 25–30 years). Even highly qualified women, For Example I done Master of Computer Applications (MCA), struggle to find opportunities in field after a gap. As a result, they are forced to change careers or settle for jobs that do not match their skills. Impact: Loss of skilled workforce in sectors like IT and education. Women face financial dependency and reduced confidence. Gender inequality in employment opportunities persists. Addressing this issue requires both policy reforms and awareness. Women should be given fair opportunities to return to their careers without age being a barrier. Regards Harsha Ramanuj
