Murugappa Group & Vekatachalam A have stake in Chola Business Services, this companies are diverting funds of Rs.4103 cores to this stake holders company without shareholder approval & without following companies norms and 2013 SEBI act to benefit stake holders. Hence this is malpractise carried by this 3 companies they also have claimed income tax rebate from Income tax department. Request you to conduct investigation by ED & SEBI to bring this companies under judicial trial & they should be fined heavily.
