Respected Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, India has taught the world how to fight disasters with courage, unity and compassion. Yet, the true strength of our nation lies in an untapped army — our trained youth at the grassroots level. I humbly suggest initiating a “Youth First Responder Mission”, where students from colleges, especially health, science and social sectors, are certified in first aid, disaster response, mental health first aid, and community risk communication. During floods, cyclones, accidents or health emergencies, these youth can act as the golden first 10 minutes of life-saving support before formal help arrives. This will not only save lives but also create a generation that values service before self, preparedness over panic, and responsibility over fear. Such a mission will transform India’s youth from job seekers into nation protectors and make India a global model of people-powered resilience.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, नए वर्ष के अवसर पर मेरा विनम्र निवेदन है कि मन की बात के माध्यम से विद्यार्थियों को उनकी मन की बात कहने का अधिकार दिया जाए। आज PTMs के कारण बच्चे अक्सर डर और दबाव में रहते हैं। उन्हें सुना नहीं जाता। शिक्षा का अधिकार मिलने के साथ-साथ अब समय है कि हम बच्चों को सम्मानजनक शिक्षा (Right to Dignified Education) भी दें। इसका समाधान है Student Teacher Meets (STMs) — one-to-one, safe और non-judgmental संवाद, जहाँ बच्चा अपने शिक्षक से खुलकर बात कर सके। मैं एक Aviation Expert और Educationist के रूप में Human Factors पर आधारित STM framework पर वर्षों से कार्य कर रही हूँ। Aviation में Human Factors जान बचाते हैं, और शिक्षा में ये बच्चों को emotionally safe बना सकते हैं। यदि STMs को mandatory किया जाए, तो यह छात्रों और शिक्षकों दोनों के लिए एक revolutionary New Year gift होगा। यदि अवसर मिले, तो मैं इस concept को विस्तार से समझाने हेतु उपस्थित होने के लिए कृतज्ञ रहूँगी। सादर, अस्था गिल

need to work on our law system. now a days our country 98%married couples are using law as a weapon to harrassed each other rather than supporting each other understand each other which cause of defaming, threatening, harrasment,mental dissatisfaction and last but not least it increasing crime rate . relationships are no more part of love and affection due to access rights to married couple which taken out human rights from each individual and support to be owner of a spouse. please think on this subject and try to find suitable solution on this

माननीय प्रधान मंत्री जी जैसा कि आजकल हार्ट अटैक से किसी भी उम्र के लोग कहीं भी चलते चलते गिर जा रहे हैं। लेकिन समय पर सीपीआर और अन्य प्राथमिक उपचार मिलने से सांस लौट जा रही है। अब तक हमने दर्जनों लोगों के बन्द हृदय को दुबारा धड़कन दिया है। मेरा मानना है कि देश भर के स्कूल और कॉलेजों में सीपीआर प्रशिक्षण करवा दिए जाने चाहिए। इससे कई लोगों को समय पर बचाया जा सकेगा।

प्रधान मंत्री जी से विनम्र निवेदन यह है कि White Collar Crimes की भी लगाम कसी जाए। जैसे कि RBI के Employees मुझे नहीं पता शायद RBI के Governor साहिब भी इस सब में संलिप्त हो सकते हैं क्योंकी यह सब दिन-दहाड़े खुले सूरज की रोशनी में ठगी का business बिना सरकारी संरक्षण के नहीं हो सकता। इस सब को अंजाम देने पार्टियां निम्नलिखित हैं। RBI Nationalised Banks (SBI etc.) Insurance Companies (LIC, Aditya Birla Sun Life, Edelweiss Tokio etc.) इन कंपनियों ने अलग से ठगों को अज्ञात वास में छुपा रक्खा है जो लोगों को बेवखूफ बना कर online मंहगे में इनकी Insurance Policies को बेचते हैं बाद में कह देते हैं वो तो Agent होते हैं Policy बेची Commission लियाऔर चले गए मतलब इनकी कोई जिम्मेदारी नहीं कि कैसे झूठ बोल कर इनका Product बेचा गया। LIC वाले तो इतने बदमाश हैं कि आपकी पूरी की पूरीPolicy ही खा जांए। अभी मेरे साथ एक LIC एंव अन्य Insurance Agents ने जबरदस्त ठगी को अंजाम दिया है। यह सब RBI की छत्र-छाया में ही हो रहा है।

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री महोदय, नमस्कार, मैं डॉ विजय कुमार चावला हिंदी प्राध्यापक आज आपसे अपने मन की बात साझा करने जा रहा हूँ। मेरा मानना है कि “जब भाषा जीवित रहती है, तब संस्कृति और राष्ट्र की आत्मा भी जीवित रहती है।” आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि आप इस बार ‘एक भारत–श्रेष्ठ भारत’ के भाषाई स्वरूप पर चर्चा करते हुए मन की बात कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत सभी भारतवासियों से देशभर में स्कूलों, पंचायतों और संस्थानों में “भारतीय भाषा उत्सव” हररोज मनाने का एक प्रेरक आह्वान अवश्य कीजिए। जिसमें “आज का भारतीय शब्द” जैसी पहल के माध्यम से भारत के अलग-अलग राज्यों के लोग एक-दूसरे की भाषा के सरल शब्द सीखें और सभी के समक्ष ‘भाषाओँ में बसे भारत का स्वर’ मुखरित हो सके। आभार डॉ विजय कुमार चावला 9416189435

Respected Hon’ble Prime Minister, Greetings. The implementation of new labour laws by the Government of India is a commendable and forward-looking step. However, it is unfortunate that in many states, the respective state governments themselves are not properly implementing these labour laws. In such a situation, expecting strict compliance from private employers becomes unrealistic. I belong to the state of Rajasthan, where contractual employees are required to perform duties similar to those of regular employees, yet they are paid monthly salaries that are even lower than the minimum wages prescribed by the Central Government. This practice is not only against the spirit of labour laws but also amounts to injustice towards workers. I humbly request you to ensure strict implementation of a uniform minimum wage system across the entire country, so that all workers and contractual employees receive equal benefits and are able to live a dignified life.
