This causes depression, frustration & hides their true potential. Rural youth moving to cities also face this issue. Currently, legal name change is lengthy & costly. I suggest adding a “Preferred Name” field in Aadhaar, PAN & Passport. Treat Preferred Name as the primary/official name for all practical purposes (KYC, jobs, banking, travel, govt services), while original legal name stays linked in background for records. “Preferred Name” is more respectful than “Alias Name” & is already used worldwide. This will reduce harassment, promote inclusivity, boost youth confidence & align with Digital India & NEP 2020

Moreover when we supply all micronutrient to plant it will increase the immunity of plant against most of disease which will reduce pesticide use and increase natural/organic farming
