माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी,विश्व में भारत सबसे प्राचीन संस्कृति वाला देश माना जाता है एवं विश्व में भारत की पहचान वैदिक संस्कृति ,वैदिक ज्ञान विज्ञान से जानी जातीहै |वैदिक ज्ञान वह ज्ञान हैं जिसमें सभी प्रकार का ज्ञान व विज्ञान समाहित है |मनु स्मृति के अनुसार ,चातुवर्ण्य त्रयो लोकाश्चत्वार श्चाश्रमाः पृथक्।भूतं भव्यं भविष्यं च सर्वं वेदात्प्रसिध्यति॥ अर्थात् - चारों वर्ण, चारों आश्रम, तीनों लोक, भूत, भविष्य एवं वर्तमान काल सब वेदों से ही प्रसिद्ध होते हैं। वेद ज्ञान के भण्डार हैं जिनमें भूत, वर्तमान एवं भविष्य सभी प्रकार का ज्ञान समाहित है| अतः आपसे विनम्र अनुरोध है कि इस विषय पर गंभीरता से विचार किया जाये कि "विशुद्ध संस्कृत एवं वैदिक ज्ञान" से सम्बन्धित भारत में अभी तक मात्र 20 विश्वविद्यालय एवं कम संख्या में ही महाविद्यालय हैं |जबकि अन्य विषयों से सम्बन्धित विश्वविद्यालयों व महाविद्यालयों की भरमार दिख रही हैं| विनम्र अनुरोध है कि देश में प्राचीन ज्ञान से सम्बन्धित अधिक संख्या में वैदिक विश्वविद्यालयों के प्रारम्भ पर विचार किया जाये एवं उनमें विज्ञान के समान सुविधा पर विचार किया जाये|
