Respected Prime Minister, many young people today are educated but still struggle to find suitable jobs. If skill-based training, apprenticeships, and local employment opportunities are expanded, especially in small towns and villages, youth can become self-reliant. Encouraging internships, MSMEs, and startup support at the grassroots level will not only create jobs but also build confidence among young Indians.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, मन की बात के माध्यम से देशवासियों को यह संदेश दिया जाए कि देश की प्रगति केवल सरकार की योजनाओं से नहीं, बल्कि नागरिकों की भागीदारी से होती है। हर युवा कम से कम एक कौशल सीखे (One Citizen – One Skill), हर परिवार एक पेड़ लगाए और पानी की बचत करे, किसान आधुनिक तकनीक और डिजिटल मार्केट से जुड़ें, महिलाएँ आत्मनिर्भर बनें और स्वयं सहायता समूहों से आगे आएँ, तथा देशवासी Local for Vocal को अपनाकर गाँव के उत्पादों को वैश्विक पहचान दिलाएँ। अगर मन की बात में यह संकल्प लिया जाए कि “मैं केवल नागरिक नहीं, राष्ट्रनिर्माता हूँ”, तो भारत को आत्मनिर्भर और विश्वगुरु बनने से कोई नहीं रोक सकता।

Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, Greetings. The current legal provisions granting lifetime maintenance/alimony to educated and skilled women after divorce sometimes encourage laziness and dependency among women in certain cases. This is detrimental to the economic growth of our nation, which respects and values Indian women. Many women develop the misconception that separating from their husband entitles them to lifelong financial support, similar to a pension, without the need to work. According to a recent survey (1 Finance Magazine, 2025), on average 38% of divorced men's income is spent on maintenance/alimony; 42% of men have taken loans to make these payments. As a result, the income of lakhs of men is being wasted instead of contributing to the country's production and economic development. Therefore, I humbly request that the provision for lifetime alimony be amended to introduce a time-bound cap of one or two years (maximum limit). (Page 1 of 2)

Although the Female Labour Force Participation Rate (FLFPR) has risen to 35.3%, it still needs substantial improvement. Such reforms will further strengthen the Republic of India. Thank you. Agar koi esi pharmacy branch ho jo ek place par jhan koi medicine expired ho rhi ho usse jarurat ki dusri jangha par transfer kare. medicine ka data rakhe. to govt ka karodon rupees bach jaega. or logon ka bhala hoga.

प्रधानमंत्रीजी, रोज़गार मुख्य मुद्दा है, फिक्स सैलरी इंकम पर सरकार नियुक्तियां या जॉब निकाले, अच्छे कार्य पर 20% की वृद्धि पर 5 वर्ष पुनर्नियुक्ती हो, वेतन नियंत्रित या ₹ 25 हजार तक हो, रोज़गार मांगने वाले शर्तें नही रखते, सरकार ही शर्तें रख सर बिठाती है। सरकारी कर्मचारियों, अधिकारियों को कार्य से अधिक वेतन है, उदाहरण है वर्षों से नियुक्तियां ना होते हुए भी कार्य हो रहें है, तीन का हक एक पा रहा है सो वेतन और पेंशन का बजेट बढ़ रहा है, इसलिए 50% कटौती ज़रूरी है, शुरुआत विधायक, सांसद और मंत्री इन्हीं लोगों से हो तो विरोध भी नहीं होगा, पेंशन पाने के लिए खुद का निवेश जरूरी है।

प्रधानमंत्रीजी, PDS प्रणाली अंतर्गत मुफ्त अन्न योजना भविष्य में देश के लिए खतरा है, सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने भी 12 फरवरी 2025 को इस पर चिंता जताई, मुफ्त अनाज की वजह से देश मे बांधकाम और खेत मजदूरों की संख्या मे कमी तथा रेट बढ़ गए हैं, युवा वर्ग शराब और गुटखे के आदी हो रहे हैं, सरकार को समय रहते इस विषय पर विचार करने की जरूरत है, अन्यथा किसी भी क्षेत्र में मेहनत कश मजदूर की कमी से देश को जुझना पड़ेगा, इसलिए मुफ्त योजनाओं की बजाए रोज़गार दें। सरकारी स्कूल्स मे खिचड़ी, माध्यान्ह भोजन, लाडली बहन... इत्यादी की बजाए मुफ्त शिक्षण और आरोग्य सेवा, स्कूल और अस्पतालों सुधार करना जरूरी है।
