zero budget farming or organic farming पे कोई योजना शुरू कीजिए। जिसमे इनके उत्पादन और बिक्री को बढ़ावा मिले। जो भी किसान आर्गेनिक फसल का उत्पादन करे उसे हर साल जो केंद्र सरकार की ओर से पीएम किसान योजना के तहत किसानों को हर साल 6000 रुपए मिलते हैं उसकी जगह उसे दो गुने 12000 रूपये मिले।

my effort

we change our road transport system. online booking veichle management system. all bus station have must 3types veichles. 1) 60 pessanger luxury bus. 2) 30 pessanger mini bus. 3) 10 pessanger ecco van. r all veichles keep stand by mode at bus stations and runs according to it's seat booking status. which root gets more pessanger's booking their put big veichle and 2 or 3 veichles, which root gets 10 pessangers, so their put 10 seater maruti Suzuki Ecco van only. so no overloading problem and no empty veichle problems.... and all veichles should be electric... so some budget pass for road transport renovation.

It is not practical for the government to present a full budget when there are elections nearing, so the government presents an interim budget, which is like a budget for the transition period (few months remaining in power). But, like a regular budget, the estimates are presented for the whole year. So government some useful budget during this phase like decrease in cost of grocery which is a basic need for the living organisms.
