आज प्लास्टिक कितना हानिकारक है यह तो सब को पता चल गया है। इसलिए लोग प्लास्टिक का कम से कम उपयोग करे ऐसा हमें प्रयास करना चाहिए। तो हमें प्लास्टिक की चीजे जैसे की डिस, चम्मच, आदि दैनिक वपराश की चीजों पे टेक्स बढ़ाना चाहिए। और स्टील के बर्तन, स्टील की कुर्सी, जैसी दैनिक वपराश की चीजों पर टेक्स (GST ) जीरो कर देना चाहिए। उसके उत्पादन व बिक्री पर भी कोई टेक्स नहीं होना चाहिए। कम कीमत पे अगर स्टील की चीजे अगर लोगो को मिलेगी तो उसे हर कोई जरूर खरीदेगा।

आज सरकार इलेक्ट्रिक वाहन को बढ़ावा दे रही है। तो इसमे सबसे बड़ी समस्या चार्जिंग की है। इसके लिए सरकार को जहाँ जहाँ पेट्रोल पम्प हो वहा के पेट्रोल पंप चालक को ही चार्जिंग पॉइंट दे देना चाहिए। जिससे लोगो को एक ही जगह सभी तरह के ईंधन मिल जाये। याने के लोगो को हर एक पेट्रोल पम्प पे पेट्रोल, डीज़ल और सी.एन.जी के साथ साथ गाड़ी को चर्जिंग की सुविधा भी मिल जाये। और उसे ढूंढने की जरूरत ना पड़े।

So now you can acquire some of the land from the existing land owners & construct the fire station. Demolish the Market area & build a high tech Hyper Market Mall & provide all those vendors of the market a stall in the newly built hyper market. Also, you can build a parking complex beside the Mall where all the citizens can park their Vehicles in the parking complex. Also, you can restrict the parking of vehicles on road & avoid congestion. 11. Allot funds each year & implement the development through GRP software. So, there will be 100% productivity, accountability & transparency. 12. In a state first assign some 45% of the funds to capital city & then divide the rest funds among other set of urban districts as much as possible. If funds are shortage & some urban districts are left out in a year, then allot them funds in the next year.

My master plan contd., 6. At first, make a list of all facilities, landcapes & institutions that should be present in each village of our country to develop them as Hi Tech Villages. Then classify that list into Necessities, Comfort & Luxury alike, also classify them into Low, Medium & highly populated Villages & identify & classify all the Villages of our country respectively in accordance with their GDP & population. 7. Once the above mentioned Analysis is done, then start developing the villages in group of 100 from the BJP ruled states, by using the funds arranged as I suggested in point 5. 8. Now, consider one BJP ruled state & its all districts & its Urban areas one after the other and allot around 2 lakh Crores every year. 9. As you made a list in point 6, likewise make a list of all the facilities, landscapes & institutions to be present in an area (nagar) of a city or an Urban district. 10. Now use the allotted money & develop each area of a city by checking the list made in 8

My master plan for making India a developed country within next decade, 1. NDA has to win the upcoming 2024 Lokh Sabha elections with BJP as Majority. 2. As soon as NDA comes to power first thing they have to do is please don’t encourage those powerful persons who have contributed their money for elections. 3. Implement GRP software with no mercy for anyone, Military grade firewall & Zero faults. No body should escape from the hands of GRP. It should be 100% transparent & all the governance job except some of the secret Military projects should be implemented through GRP software. I have explained in detail, what is GRP? & how to implement it? in this month’s Mann Ki baat & previous month’s discussion. Please check those. 4 Please remove this British oriented prepaid Budget & implement deterministically allotted post paid budget. 5 Combine all the CSR contributions from all the companies & collect their funds. In addition to those funds allot approximately 1 lakh Crore in the budget.

In government school one of the main hurdle is infrastructure ! Try to focus on the infrastructure development of Primary level and teachers training programs, teaching staff are not motivated in most of the cases. Skill development is important but proper infrastructure is must!
