माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी जय श्री राम विकसित भारत 2047 के लिए मेरे मन में एक विचार आया जो मैं आपके साथ साझा करना चाहता हूं। भारत देश का आम नागरिक, किसान, बिजनेस मैन सभी सप्ताह के सातो दिन काम करते हैं तो देश के सरकारी विभागों के कर्मचारी क्यों नहीं कर सकते। सप्ताह में सिर्फ पांच दिन ही क्यों। सातो दिन क्यों नहीं। मेरा मानना है कि एक सप्ताह में ये सिर्फ पांच दिन काम करेंगे फिर सप्ताह में एक या कभी-कभी दो सरकारी अवकाश आ जाते हैं इससे सप्ताह में काम कितने दिन हुआ सिर्फ तीन दिन फिर कैसे देश विकास की रफ्तार पकड़ेगा। सप्ताह में सातों दिन काम कानून लागू करना चाहिए। महीने में दूसरा रविवार व अंतिम रविवार को अवकाश घोषित करना चाहिए। प्रत्येक कार्य अपने निर्धारित समयावधि में सम्पन्न होंगे तो देश विकास की रफ्तार पकड़ेगा। मेरी सोच के अनुसार महीने में दूसरा व अंतिम रविवार के अलावा जो सरकारी अवकाश आते हैं महीने में एक कर्मचारी के लिए काफी है।कर्मचारी के विशेष कार्य हेतु उनके पास वैकल्पिक अवकाश की भी व्यवस्था है मेरा सुझाव शायद ही किसी को पसंद आयेलेकिन मेरी सोच हैये कारगर साबित होगा
