Dear honorable FM, As we are now aware that space based optogenetics & non lethal directed energy weapons are applied by defense forces ,it becomes necessary for the country to develop the technology as well as counter measures. These are extremely expensive projects and require dedicated team of academia, industry and research scholars working on multiple systems. Hence these projects are considered as national security projects requiring continuous funding for development,testing,implementation and further improvements. How about incentivizing tax payers with some schemes for their old parents health care and their kids getting some priority in various institutions. This will attract more to pay taxes and not evade or involve in illegal activities. We may also help citizens who have paid taxes for more than 2-3 decades with medical benefits.

I kindly request the Government of India to consider the following actions: Budget Review for DRDO: Conduct a detailed and transparent review of the budget allocated to DRDO, ensuring that funds are directed towards projects that align with our national security priorities and the evolving global scenario. Establishment of Oversight Committee: Form a high-level committee comprising experts from diverse fields, including defense, technology, and finance, to oversee and evaluate the progress and relevance of ongoing DRDO projects. This committee should have the authority to recommend the discontinuation of projects that are deemed obsolete or redundant. Enhanced Accountability and Transparency: Implement measures to enhance accountability and transparency in the execution of DRDO projects, ensuring that the public is kept informed about the outcomes and benefits of each initiative.

We cannot ignore them 10% population and also use people above 60-80 yrs population for betterment and growth story with their experience guidance and stability and add them in the workforce if they are willing. 3. We have to develop 30% Young population from 1-18 yrs in all round development in health, skills and culture values etc., 4. We have to give full support to working population (19-60) 60% in terms of financial, health and support to become engines of growth. 5. Govt should take care all people in different paths stages so as to make these nation strong and bring back past glowry before mughals or britishers who conquer to loot our wealth which means we are developed than any other country iam product of my history and we can learn from past.
