Dear honorable FM, As we are now aware that space based optogenetics & non lethal directed energy weapons are applied by defense forces ,it becomes necessary for the country to develop the technology as well as counter measures. These are extremely expensive projects and require dedicated team of academia, industry and research scholars working on multiple systems. Hence these projects are considered as national security projects requiring continuous funding for development,testing,implementation and further improvements. 1) All major metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune) to be connected with a smaller cities near by Vande Bharat Trains. For example.. Mumbai should be connected to all cities which are 400 km distance from Mumbai. 2) Pune to Vadodara Vande bharat train should be started which is most busiest route. 3) RRTS train network should be done around All major metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune) . This will connect nearby area to metro city and provide scope for City Expansion and ease of traveling to people.

Abolish all taxes except custom and excise. Instead bring in Banking Transaction Tax (BTT) of one percent on every cash/digital/cheque transactions for everyone. This will cover the entire population of the country and the govt tax collection will increase manyfold. With the simple abolition of personal income tax and GST on goods/ FMCG, the purchasing power of citizens will increase. This will increase demand of goods and thus goods production will increase. This will lead to creation of more jobs both in public and private sector. With increase in govt collection, more money can be spent by the govt on infrastructure (hospital care, education, transport, roads etc). Will give good economic growth.

Government should force all industry sector company to develop skill manpower from freshers through CSR fund. Retired industry people of that field can be used for training purpose to freshers. This way knowledge transfer also happen from one generation to another generation.

River linking Project implementation --River linking project should be implemented on immediate basis. -Transfer of water from river to river can be done through large size underground pipe and pump can be run through solar plants. -Water can be sold to Industrial Area, municipal Corporation to get some recovery of Project cost. -Like swatch bharat cess, water cess to be introduced. This money should be utilized for developing River linking project.

80 C limit to be Increased to 2.5 lac -80 C investment limits should be increased from 1.5 to 2.5 lac. Many middle class people has done investment but not able to take benefits due to limit exhaust.

Way to Increase Farmer Income : Support for milk production :- Though policy is there it is not reaching to poor people. Only smart and middle people are taking benefits. Government should distribute adhar linked Cow and Buffalo to poor farmers below 5 acre. Government scheme poster should be displayed in each village. Also, Benefits provider parties should arrange camps thrice a year in village.
