Dear Pm,, short comings & wrong doings in our railway. since 1950 era, Railways is having two unions norm as for that time political suitability of Congress & communist. These two r N.F.I.R & A.I.R.F but now Bjp has taken over the precedence of country & is not getting control over any unions so that not willing to conduct union election which is not conducted since 2013 onwards. Sir, pls do the needful amendments to the old bodies & conduct trade unions election unless u & ur party would be viewed as a dictatorial one in history ahead. pls install faith on our largest transport employees. Howlong we some lone wolfs waging battles in favour of u & our govt against all mis information & propaganda raised at u all the time. u know old habits die hard. Former rulers r provoking to simple innocence of employees. Better solve this problem for once as our country is having multi party democracy so why not our some premium organisations. The first suggestion centers on the crucial need to improve the quality of education through the professional development of teachers. Organize impactful workshop for teachers. These workshops should go beyond mere formalities and truly focus on enhancing teachers' skills, incorporating modern teaching methods, and integrating technology into the classroom. By doing so, we can ensure that the quality of education in our country rises, directly benefiting students and indirectly benefiting society as a whole. 2. E20, a blend of 20% ethanol with gasoline, is not only more environmentally friendly but also more economical for consumers. By encouraging the use of E20 fuel, especially among new two-wheeler buyers, the government can provide financial relief to a significant portion of the population. Thank you

Dear Pm,, Rail budget has been merged with union budget but many discrepancies & wrong doings r to be corrected so that there will be less human errors in future.1- Running staff age must be fixed. The word Running states its meaning but in our Rail Running staff have to run till superannuation or medically declared unfit by a panel of doctors. For safe running of our railway system we must put agile, young & youthful ones having sound experience onto the running, & old horses r to be shifted to other avenues respectfully for safety of commuters & machines. 2- chief loco inspectors r given 30percent enhancement to their loco pilot salary & also kilometres mileage but most of them r looking after chief crew control duty & running room hotel management. Such general duty should not get mileages & enhanced salary, this is just a loot.3- railway board recruited Gaurds (now called train managers) do not get MACP & get only one promotion fm 2800/- Gp to 4200/-Gp but prmtd GP d to c superced

In the coming budget we must think on some issues which will have impact on the process of Vikashit Bharat. 1. Special focus on Himalayan region/ Himalayan states for the development with out disturbing natural dharohar, sociological and cultural heritage. 2. Development but not at the cost of productive agricultural lands. Save productive agricultural lands for our future generation. In our country plenty of wasteland is available which may be used for developmental activities such as establishment of new cities, corridors, SEZ, military establishment, industrial setup etc.. 3. Big or mega cities are expanding with out any control. Ceiling law or norms should be for further expansion of cities keeping in view the resources.
