Hi. My name is Dakhya Dripta Borah. I just wanna write something about Robotics.
Robotics is a rapidly evolving field that combines engineering, computer science, and artificial intelligence to create machines capable of performing tasks autonomously or semi-autonomously. Robots now play an important role in industries, homes, and research environments. The introduction of robotics has transformed manufacturing through greater precision, speed, and consistency. In healthcare, robots assist in surgery, rehabilitation, and diagnostics, improving accuracy and patient safety. Robotics also supports agriculture, logistics, and disaster response, while educational robots help students develop creativity and problem-solving skills. However, the growth of robotics raises concerns about job displacement, ethical use, and data security. When developed responsibly, robotics serves as a powerful tool that enhances productivity, safety, and overall quality of life.
Thank you.

The Ministry invites stakeholders and members of the public to submit comments on the proposed draft amendment to the Post Office Act, 2023. The objective of the amendment is to strengthen the legal framework governing postal services, enhance operational efficiency, and align the Act with current technological and economic developments.
Interested parties are encouraged to review the draft amendment and provide written comments, suggestions, or recommendations, particularly on areas relating to service delivery, regulatory oversight, consumer protection, and the role of digital postal services.
All submissions should be clear, concise, and supported by relevant justification where possible. Comments may be submitted on or before [insert deadline] via [insert submission method: email/post/online portal].

I support the proposed amendments to the Post Office Act 2023, particularly the introduction of the DHRUVA (Digital Hub for Reference and Unique Virtual Address) framework. Treating digital addresses as core Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), similar to UPI and Aadhaar, is a transformative step that will streamline e-commerce, logistics, and emergency services through precision DIGIPIN geocoding. However, to ensure the success of these reforms, the government must establish clear, transparent safeguards regarding the power to intercept and detain postal articles, ensuring that national security needs do not infringe upon the fundamental right to privacy. Furthermore, the Department of Posts should be upgraded with robust IT infrastructure and server capacity to handle the increased load of digital addressing and tax-related tasks. I also recommend that the Department leverage these amendments to integrate more deeply into the global supply chain, moving beyond last-mile delivery..

Change the uniform of the postman. For 75 years we have the same dull color.
The government should require everyone to create their location address using DIGIPIN. Make it compulsory to link this information to the Bank Account. (the only possible way to make it compulsory. )
The postal department should create a new online portal and app that can give competition to private providers in terms of look and feel and ease of use.
Postman should be given new EV golf cars that have a top solar panel to deliver the post. This already exists in all EU and developing countries. Start using drones for delivery.
Once the post is delivered to the address postman should take its photo and upload in the app so that the receiver will be able get full transparency.
Start keeping new designer postbox in every ward of the city. This will give good visibility to the post office.
If possible Government IPO on this.

At many locations, last mile delivery takes one to 3 days after the consignment reaches nearest hub. Digitization should help to reduce TAT

With wide country like India spanning almost 3000 kms , with Digitization and Air cargo - a packet from Ahmedabad to Itanagar should reach in 3 days
