श्रीमान जी, PMOPG और संपर्क पोर्टल पर दोषी लोकसेवक जनशिकायत को गुमराह करते हैं निस्तारण रद्द करवाते हैं अतः असंतुष्टि दर्ज होने पर वरिष्ठ अधिकारी के पास शिकायत पहूचनी चाहिए, उस के बाद फिर असंतुष्टि दर्ज होने पर संबंधित विभाग के मंत्री के स्वत जाये। इस तरह तीन स्तरीय सुपरविजन स्तर जाये बिना रद्द नहीं किया जाना चाहिए तथा हर स्तर पर जांचा जाये कि संतुष्टि के साक्ष्य तर्क स्तर पर ठीक है या नहीं। राजस्थान में पहले शिकायत पर लिखा जाता है कोर्ट में विचाराधीन है, जब शिकायतकर्ता पुष्टि के लिए कैस नंबर, कोर्ट नाम, पक्षकारों के नाम मांगता तो फिर उसका उत्तर भी "न्यायालय में विचाराधीन है" कह कर शिकायत रद्द करते हैं जबकि कोर्ट कैस नंबर बताना, पक्षकारों का नाम बताना, कभी न्यायालय में विचाराधीन नहीं होता है। मैं भूगत रहा हूं कोई कोर्ट कैस नहीं है फिर भी यह कोर्ट में विचाराधीन बताकर मेरी शिकायत का समाधान नहीं होने देते। जबकि शिकायत कर्ता मूल अधिकार है जानना और कोर्ट में जाकर पक्ष रखना।
